★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is bored to work and when a customer ask a question, the answers one may receive are worse than a robot. The last time I wanted to ask for help, I had to search for the person who was responsible for the specific department and I found him chatting in the nearby coffee place. When I asked the manager he/she never appear.
I submit an official complain on the website but I really am not sure if there is any person who can read it.
It's a shame for the Dixons group to employ these type of people, destroying the good reputation kotsovolos already has.

I tried to buy a fan that was advertised on their website. I go to the store hoping it's in stock so I won't have to wait. Of course it's not in stock and then the worker tells me that they cannot order it for me to pick up at the store?! Excuse me?! It's your product on your website and you can't place the order? Who does that?
So I go home and go on skroutz like any smart person that lives in Greece and I find the same exact fan for 30€ cheaper. In 3 days it's delivered to Korinthos and I'm a happy customer.
Just use skroutz unless you like getting ripped off and experiencing poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is quite big, extending over 3 floors and has quite a big variety of electronic appliances and accessories.
In my case I found what I was looking for after trying 4 other shops. If they do not have an item, they can order it and bring it in shop in a couple days.
The staff were all super friendly and eager to help!
Definitely recommended.
