Υπολόγιζα την παραλαβή του προϊόντος μια βδομάδα μετά και ήρθε σε δύο μέρες. Το προϊόν ήταν συσκευασμένο σε διπλό κουτί προστατευμένο. Θα ξαναψώνιζα από το κατάστημα αυτό σίγουρα! Immediate notification of order number, so I can see what condition it is in. And immediate shipment of the order with notification of shipment number. I was calculating the receipt of the product a week later and it came in two days. The product was packaged in a double protected box. I would definitely shop from this store again!
M	Mixalis Goulinoudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα μεσω skroutz το xenoblade chronicles 2 για switch στις 2/1/2022. Η παραγγελια αρχικά έλεγε οτι θα παραδοθει την παρασκευή στις 7/1/2022. Επικοινώνησα με το καταστημα Παρασκευη και ρωτησα γιατι η παραγγελια δεν εχει φτασει ακομα. Με πληροφορησαν οτι θα την παραδωσουν στην courier την Τριτη στις 11/1/2022 και οτι στο skroutz ανεφερε 4 με 10 μερες οποτε επρεπε να περιμενω. Οταν τους ρωτησα αν το προιον υπαρχει σε stock η Κυρια μου ειπε οχι καλα λεω,πως ειναι δυνατον να πουλατε κατι που δεν ξερετε αν θα ερθει, και αν δεν ερθει Τριτη λεω τι γινεται. Η Κυρια γελωντας μου ειπε και πως ξερετε οτι δεν θα ερθει. Την Πεμπτη πρωι στις 13/01/2022 ,η παραγγελια μου ακυρωθηκε αυτοματα απο το skroutz γιατι το προιον δεν ηταν σε διαθεσιμοτητα. Το διαταυτα ,εχασα 11 ολοκληρες ημερες,τα χρηματα μου δεν εχουν ακομα πιστωθει και φυσικα δεν μπορω να τα χρησιμοποιησω για αλλη αγορα.Τηλεφωνα απο εδω και απο εκει για να βγαλω ακρη και εν τελει τιποτα. Απαραδεκτα πραγματα.Σκεφτειτε απλά καλά πριν κάνετε το ίδιο λάθος. Και μην το ξανασβήσετε γιατι θα το ανεβάζω ξανα και ξανα, Η αληθεια πονάει αλλά πρεπει να ακουγεται. I ordered xenoblade chronicles 2 for switch via skroutz on 2/1/2022. The order initially said it would be delivered on Friday 7/1/2022. I contacted the store on Friday and asked why the order has not arrived yet. I was informed that they will deliver it to the courier on Tuesday 11/1/2022 and that in skroutz she mentioned 4 to 10 days so I had to wait. When I asked them if the product is in stock, my lady said no, I say well, that it is possible to sell something that you do not know if it will come, and if it does not come Tuesday, I say what happens. The lady laughed and told me that you know she will not come. On Thursday morning on 13/01/2022, my order was automatically canceled by skroutz because the product was not available. In the meantime, I lost 11 whole days, my money has not been credited yet and of course I can not use it for another purchase. Phones from here and there to make ends meet and in the end nothing. Unacceptable things. Just think before you make the same mistake. And do not delete it again because I will upload it again and again, The truth hurts but it must be heard.

Το δεύτερο αστεράκι είναι γιατί όντως είχαν άμεσα διαθέσιμο το προϊόν και η όποια καθυστέρηση ήταν λόγο επιλογής την συγκεκριμένης μεταφορικής από το σκρουτζ. Παρολαυτα, ενώ είχα παραγγείλει την οθόνη, προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους για να ρωτήσω για την εγγύηση κλπ λόγω της καθυστέρησης από τη μεταφορική. Δεν κατάφερα ποτέ να τους βρω στο τηλέφωνο, όποτε αυτό που έκανα είναι να ρωτήσω με email τουλάχιστον αν το σερβις ταγκ της συσκευής είναι Ελληνικό. Δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ, δεν κατάφερα να τους βρω ποτέ, και με ενημερωσαν τελικά από το σερβίς της dell ότι παρέλαβα την οθόνη, ότι είναι από Ρουμανία και επειδή είναι εκτός Ελλάδας για αυτό το λόγο δεν ισχύει η πολιτική του DOA και επιπλέον υπάρχουν και κάποια άλλα μειονεκτήματα στην εγγύηση. Καλό θα ήταν, αυτό να αναγράφεται σε κάθε προϊόν από τη στιγμή που δημιουργεί θέματα. I recently received a dell display purchased from Scrooge's cart. I never managed to find them on the phone, so all I did was ask by email at least if the service tag of the device is Greek. They never answered me, I was never able to find them, and they finally informed me from the dell service that I received the screen, that it is from Romania and because it is outside Greece for this reason the DOA policy does not apply and in addition there are some other disadvantages in the warranty. It would be good to have this written on every product as soon as it creates issues.
