★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Kotsovolos Stadiou & Korai, on 8th Sep. looking for a Smart TV for my son who relocated to Athens, Greece. Excellent customer service (Mr. Fotiou, I think), competent and unbiased advice. Sadly when we open the box the LG 50" TV has a broken screen. Will be testing the customer service and report back... All well, straight forward. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I bought a handheld steamer online and chose to pick it from the store. The site was mentioning it was available to pick it from there. Almost one hour later i received a text message that my packet is ready to take it. When i went to the store the assistant told me they didnt have the package and had to go again 2 days later to pick it up. When i showed them the message they sent me, the assistant told me that they’ll give me another customer’s packet that was in the storage room. That is lack of professionalism for such a big company.
