★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them and asked how much it would cost to replace the cmos battery of my Toshiba laptop. They said it would cost 35 euros, because they would have to disassemble the whole thing AND I could not have it ready the same day.
ONE google search later, ONE tiny screw, a trip to the local periptero and 2.5 euros later I had a new cmos battery in my laptop.
So they were 3/3 wrong OR they were trying to rip me off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my laptop which needed just a knew screen cable to work and then told me that I need a new screen. They wanted 150 euro to fix it and I said no. Went to take the laptop back and they had the audacity to charge me 7 euro for checking the laptop. Which they never mentioned when I first left the device there.
So yeah, yet another scum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! I went there to change the battery in my laptop, they changed it with not an original one and the laptop began to have a problem with its bios. The bios problem was popping even when turning on the laptop when the operating system wasn't fully booted. I went back and said I thought it was the battery, since before the change the laptop was running always properly and they said they fixed it and recommended a format. One week later the laptop didn't boot and there were bios warnings all over the place. I went back and said again about the battery and they said it was because it needed the format and they had told me so, so they couldn't do anything but this! I took it somewhere else where they told me it was the battery (what a surprise) and in particular not only was it not an original hp battery but also a defective one!! The people in the other place changed it and now everything is perfect again! Of course no need for format... I wouldn't recommend them at all! They either haven't got a clue what's going on or they just put defective parts for profit or both!
