When he pointed me the floor I had to go, two saleswomen ran towards me for assistance. From these two ladies, who were both kind, the one had the expertise I was looking for. She informed me thoroughly among several products. Even I haven't bought anything yet, because the prices comparing to my internet research were slightly more expensive, I was very pleased for the service.
E	Emmanouil Christoforidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τhe review refers to kotsovolos as a whole business and not to the particular physical store, due to online product purchase. I was trying to contact with them more than 3 days staying in the phone for more than 2 hours each time, because after 5 days of my purchase i was not informed neither with e-mail about anything. Unacceptable, unprofessional, if i would never shop again online from kotsovolos.
L	Laskaris Papadam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. You buy something not very expensive (44 euro) and you find out that it does not work. The item instead of being replaced, was sent two (2) times to service with zero result !!! Two months time lost and finally I left the item there in order not to have to through it away by myself...!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I will take actions through my lawyer... SHAME

Makes you feel safe but it's a weird process to receive an item because you can't just pick it up from an aisle you need to order it on the floor your item is go at the register in the main floor and then tell them your name again and wait for them to bring it from the storage room which takes a long time, I get it you need to be safe because it's the center of Thessaloniki but guards in every exit is enough

Low understanding of Hi-Tech terminology. Not separate customer support for young / elder , mature / amateur customers.
a	aamir naseem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a air-condition , and while I was buying the sailor lady told me that they have an offer that they will install the air-condition in 5 working days , its fifth working day today and today they sent me msg that they will gonna install it on 16th August. Its really disappointing, its 40 temperature and I am without A.c what would I do with A.c when it's not summer, they even didn't inform me when would be the delivery of A.c at my address, I had to go by the branch to learn that when they will gonna deliver it....

They check for covid pass and people allowed incide was very satisfied.Very easy to find.At the center of the city near at aristotelous square.Not a large variety at the particular store but they makes orders from the other departments and they deliver fast.The stuff is very polite and has knowledge of the product's. The price's are low for some stuff. 3 stores shop
