★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fairly honest: The shop might look professional and give a positive impression but in fact the service is really unfriendly, the boss is arguing with employees in front of guests and they cheat on you with prices and receipts. Don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered and prepaid an iphone 11 pro max with the terms and the store’s guarantee (also mentioned on their website) that I would receive the phone in 1-5 working days as I had a flight in 8 days from the purchase date. 6 working days have passed and they keep telling me that I shouldn’t worry and that they have me “prioritised” I will definitely ask for a refund as this is a massive inconvenience, and super unprofessional from their behalf as I cannot wait until last minute before my flight to MAYBE collect the phone which I already paid for in advance to make sure I will have it within the promised time frame. They also NEVER picked up the phone every time I tried to call the store so now I also have to go all the way there and waste more time. Better go to a bigger mobile/electronic store to be more certain and safe about your purchases, but definitely not them. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience at iCare recently. Despite the poor state of my Apple iPhone 8 Plus, those guys managed to transform it back to its original state! Oh, and they also hooked me up with a very cool Black Alcantara case for my iPhone! Thanks guys! RECOMMENDED!
