Όταν έκανα την επίσκεψη μου αν και σε ένα παράδρομο τα αυτοκίνητα των επισκεπτών ήταν αρκετά... Αμέσως με εξυπηρέτησε μια υπάλληλος χαμογελαστή και με διάθεση... Αν και στην έκθεση υπήρχαν πάρα πολλά έπιπλα προσωπικά πήρα ιδέες και επιθυμούσα να φτιάξω το δικό μου έπιπλο... Αμέσως στο γραφείο μου έφτιαξε το σχέδιο και κατόπιν διάλεξα τα χρώματα που με ενδιέφεραν... Οι τιμές ήταν πάρα πολύ καλές και η ποιότητα άψογη... Φυσικά έδωσα την παραγγελία και παρακάλεσα να μου ανοίξουν και τις οπές αποχέτευσης και παροχής νερού για τον νιπτήρα... Όταν έφτασε η παραγγελία στο σπίτι μου έμεινα έκπληκτος από την ποιότητα της κατασκευής και κάτι που σπάνια συναντάς στην Ελλάδα η συσκευασία που θύμιζε Ευρωπαϊκές προδιαγραφές... Αυτονόητα συστήνω την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση δίχως ίχνος ενδιασμου... Although there was a lot of furniture in the exhibition, I personally got ideas and wanted to make my own furniture ... Immediately in my office he made the design and then I chose the colors that interested me ... The prices were very good and the quality was impeccable ... Of course I placed the order and asked them to open the drainage and water supply holes for the sink ... When the order arrived at my house, I was surprised by the quality of the construction and something that you rarely find in Greece, the packaging that reminded me of European standards ... I obviously recommend this business without a trace of interest ...
A	Athina Koletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα διαβάσει τις κριτικές όταν τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω αν μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουμε σε μια ειδική κατασκευή που χρειαζόμουν. Μου ζήτησαν να στείλω μέιλ με φωτογραφίες του μπάνιου και θα μου τηλεφωνουσαν για να μου πουν τι μπορούν να κάνουν. Δεν πήραν ποτέ. Προσπάθησα με συνεχή τηλεφωνήματα να συνεννοηθώ. Όταν τους βρήκα αντιμετώπισα αγένεια, απροθυμία εξυπηρέτησης και απαξιωτική συμπεριφορά. Λυπηρό! Ευτυχώς που δεν ταλαιπωρήθηκα πηγαίνοντας από εκεί! I had not read the reviews when I called them to ask if they could serve me in a special construction I needed. They asked me to send them an email with photos of the bathroom and they would call me to tell me what they could do. They never got it. I tried to communicate with constant phone calls. When I found them I faced rudeness, reluctance to serve and disparaging behavior. Sad! Fortunately I did not bother going from there!
Ε	ΕΦΗ ΜΑΡΑΝΤΙΝΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα μιλήσω από προσωπική εμπειρία που είχα αυτές τις μέρες. Δεν ξέρω τι έτυχε σε προηγούμενους πελάτες , ίσως άλλαξε το προσωπικό από τότε που έκαναν την κριτική. Εγω είχα εξαιρετική αντιμετώπιση από τις κοπέλες που μου έκαναν την παραγγελία . Πολύ ευδιάθετες και πρόθυμες να εξηγήσουν και να μας δώσουν λύση σε κάποια προβλήματα που είχαμε με την επιλογή. Κάποια στιγμή χρειάστηκε να γίνουν κάποιες αλλαγές στην παραγγελία μας και τις αλλάξαν δίχως δεύτερη σκέψη και χωρίς να μας δημιουργήσουν κανένα πρόβλημα . Τα έπιπλα κατέφθασαν στο διάστημα 1-2 εβδομάδων που ήταν αρκετά γρήγορα για αυτά που είχαμε παραγγείλει. Τώρα η κατασκευή φαίνεται αρκετά ποιοτική και δεν πιστεύω ότι θα δημιουργηθούν προβλήματα για αρκετά χρόνια. Τώρα ο χρόνος θα δείξει. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήμαστε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι και με την εξυπηρέτηση και κυρίως με τα έπιπλα που μας παραδόθηκαν ! I will speak from personal experience I had these days. I do not know what happened to previous customers, maybe the staff has changed since they made the review. I was treated very well by the girls who placed my order. Very cheerful and willing to explain and give us a solution to some problems we had with the choice. At some point it was necessary to make some changes in our order and they changed them without a second thought and without creating any problems for us. The furniture arrived in 1-2 weeks which was fast enough for what we had ordered. Now the construction looks quite good and I do not think there will be problems for several years. Now time will tell. In general we were very happy with the service and especially with the furniture that was delivered to us!

Αν είναι αυτή προσέγγιση μελλοντικού πελάτη φαντάζομαι πως θα είναι η συνεργασία... Unfortunately after three phone attempts to find out some prices and after assurances that they would contact me I am still waiting. If this is the approach of a future customer, I imagine what the collaboration will be like ...
