Δ	Δημήτρης Καραναστάσης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 παλέτες για Μύκονο, παλέυαμε, Ιούλιο μήνα, να μας τα φέρει σπίτι, εφόσον τα πράγματα είχαν φτάσει στο νησί και κάθε μέρα μας έλεγε σας τα φέρνω σίγουρα την επόμενη. Έφτασε το συνεργείο συναρμολόγησης από Αθήνα και υποτίθεται τα πράγματα ύστερα από 3 ημέρες στην αποθήκη θα τα έφερναν πρωί πρωί της 4ης ημέρας, όμως μας πήραν απλά και μας είπαν "δεν γίνεται να σας τα φέρουμε, να σας δώσουμε κάποια τηλέφωνα από κάποιους άλλους να σας τα φέρουν". Τρομεροί επαγγελματίες.... Ευτυχώς βρέθηκε κάποιος άνθρωπος και μας τα έφερε σπίτι. 2 pallets for Mykonos, we fought, in July, to bring them home, since things had arrived on the island and every day he told us I would definitely bring them the next day. V	Vassilia Paneli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ πολύ σπάνια κάνω αρνητική κριτική αλλά αυτοί πρέπει να κλείσουν ...ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ 2 ΔΕΜΑΤΑ ΑΠΟ 6/6 δεν έχουν παραδοθεί μέχρι και σήμερα δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα της Μυκόνου ... Μια κοπέλα που απαντάει στην Αθήνα δεν κάνει τίποτα για να εξυπηρετήσει είναι υπάλληλος και ντροπή μας λέει που θέλουμε να βρει και που είναι τα δέματα μας ... Ο ιδιοκτήτης κύριος σκαγιας κρύβεται πίσω από τους υπαλλήλους του και τηλέφωνα που δεν σηκώνει ... Ντροπή ... Άαα και δεν έχουν μηχανογράφηση στην Αθήνα ώστε να βλέπουν που βρίσκονται τα δέματα !!!! K	Kaku Kaku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιο το στενό που μπαίνεις στο πρακτορείο αν έχεις χαμηλό αμάξι πας για σπάσιμο....Κατά τ άλλα οκ άλλα όταν εισπράττεις μια ζωή για Μύκονο μεταφορικά μαχαιρια στον κροταφο ρίξε 5 ευρώ να φτιάξεις την είσοδο σου ρε παλικάρι ο ελεος!!! Miserable the alley that you enter the agency if you have a low car you go for a break .... Τα εμπορεύματα έφτασαν με καθυστέρηση 5 ημερών με αποτέλεσμα να εκτεθούμε στους πελάτες μας. Όταν προσπαθησα να μάθω που είναι τα δέματα και αν έχουν φύγει μου απαντούσαν να πάρω μετα τις 16.00 (που έχουν κλείσει) και μου έκλειναν το τηλέφωνο πριν προλάβω να μιλήσω Μάλιστα μου είπαν και γιατί κυρία μου δεν ρωτάτε τον πελάτη σας αν έχει παραλάβει και μας παίρνετε τηλέφωνα? Μετά από συνεχείς προσπάθειες μου έδωσαν ένα κινητό να καλέσω το οποίο απάντησε μια φορά μια κοπέλα και όταν της εξήγησα ότι χρειάζομαι βοήθεια να εντοπίσω τα εμπορεύματα μου είπε να πάρω σε δέκα λεπτά και επειτα κάθε φορά που καλούσα μου το έκλεινε η απαντούσε και το έκλεινε πάλι Εν τέλει μετά από άπειρες φορές που κάλεσα συνεχόμενα με συνδέσανε με μια υπεύθυνη του κωλ.. η οποία με μάλωσε κιόλας και μου ξαναεκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Άθλιο service, οι πιο αγενείς υπάλληλοι Φυσικά πληρώθηκαν προκαταβολικά οπότε για αυτό η μοναδική τους συμπεριφορά Ντροπή σας που θέλετε να λέγεστε υπεύθυνη και κύρια εσείς που απαντήσατε το τηλέφωνο I wish I could put minus stars. They quoted the shipping cost in advance as 45 EUR but then they forced me to pay another 62 EUR on delivery! They said that if I did not pay this extra amount they would ship the item back to the store and then I would have to pay the shipping fee twice. It was completely unprofessional of them to increase the price of the shipping after they had already provided a fixed quote in advance. As a customer you are left with no choice but to pay them whatever extra money they choose to demand - otherwise they will not give you your package. Furthermore, when I tried to resolve the matter over the phone, the lady in their office was very rude. Use this company at your own peril!
