In a difficult access point by vehicle but you will be compensated by the beauty of the tower and the location above the martyr city ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενα από τα καλύτερα σωζόμενα δείγματα οχυρωματικής κατοικίας της Β.Δ Ελλάδας είναι ο πύργος Κούλια,που ευρίσκεται β.δ της κωμόπολης της Παραμυθιάς στην Θεσπρωτία.Ονομάζεται και Κούλια των Μπολονάτων,έχει 26 μέτρα ύψος και έδινε φανταστική θέα και δυνατότητα καλύτερης άμυνας στον εκάστοτε ιδιοκτήτη του.Χρονολογείται από τον 18ο αιώνα και είναι επισκέψιμος δωρεάν.Προσοχή στον στενό ανηφορικό δρόμο,που φθάνει ακριβώς μπροστά στη είσοδο(υπάρχει φύλακας να σας δώσει πληροφορίες).Ανακαινίστηκε το 2013-2014.
One of the best preserved specimens of a fortification residence in northwestern Greece is the Koulias Tower, located northwest of the town of Paramythia in Thesprotia. It is dating from the 18th century and is accessible free of charge. Attention to the narrow uphill road, which is just in front of the entrance (there is a guard to give you information). Renovated in 2013-2014.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ωραιο μερος, δειγμα αρχιτεκτονικης και πολυ εντυπωσιακο κτισμα. Ωστοσο οταν πηγαμε ηταν κλειστο και δεν υπηρχε καν αναρτημενο καποιο ωραριο. Ο δρομος που ανεβαινει ειναι στενος και καπως αποτομος. Προτιμηστε να αφησετε το αμαξι κατω και να περπατησετε.
Very nice place, sample architecture and very impressive building. However when we went it was closed and there was not even a schedule posted. The road that goes up is narrow and somewhat steep. Prefer to leave the car down and walk.
