★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been on a 2 weeks holiday in Crete and would recommend this taverna 10/10. The most delicious food, I strongly recommend the aubergine ? salad and the mizythra. The staff is helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious & large portions, affordable prices. Tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese in the Crete salad are authentically fresh abd tasty, not the typical bulk vegetables. Huge moussaka, best stewed lamb I've personally had (and I've had a few). They also offer take away - the restaurant is next to a road & crazy crickets, but those are everywhere! Very kind personnel. One Crete salad 6,50€ (2021) & take away moussaka is enough for two, huge portions ;)

The food is great.
So much so that we have eaten 4 times here in the span of a week. The aubergine salad is outstanding.
Truth be told, we've sampled most of the menu and we were hard-pressed to find a fault with the food.
