Το προσωπικό σε υποδέχεται με χαμόγελο και πολύ θετική διάθεση. Τα προϊόντα είναι όλα φρέσκα και όλα της στιγμής. Το εντυπωσιακό στο κατάστημα είναι ότι διαθέτει κουζίνα που έχει τζαμί και βλέπεις τι γίνεται στο εργαστήριο πράγμα που το κάνει να είναι πεντακάθαρο ( μόνη που υποσημείωση είναι ότι η μάσκα δεν είναι για το μούσι ή τον λαιμό, αλλά για τον κορονοϊό και για να προστατεύσουμε τους γύρω μας συνιστώ να το φοράνε όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι κανονικά) Κατά τα άλλα έμεινε ευχαριστημένος The cookies store is located near the central square of Agrinio opposite the City Hall. D	Dimitra Karakosta (Δήμητρα Καρακώστα) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο περιστατικό στους κουλουραδες στην οδό Γεωργίου Καραπαππα Δοριτη, κατάστημα το οποίο δεν υπάρχει ακόμα διαθέσιμο στη Google, για καλή τους τύχη ίσως: ημέρες του Πάσχα, κατεβαίνω πρωί στην αγορά του Αγρινίου και σταματώ να πάρω ένα γεμιστό κουλούρι στο παραπάνω κατάστημα, κόστος 2.30€. Μου παιρνει τη θέση μια κυρία γνωστή της καταστηματαρχη και προφανώς πιο ντόπια από εμενα και δεν εξυπηρετούμαιστη σειρά μου, δε λέω κάτι. Έπειτα παίρνω το κουλούρι στο χέρι ευχαριστώ την κυρία, φεύγω και λίγο πιο κάτω αρχίζω να το τρώω. Μέσα ήταν ώμο ζυμάρι, και προφανώς επέστρεψα πίσω οπου η καταστηματάρχης είχε πιάσει ψιλοκουβεντο με τη μάνα της, αφού τελείωσαν,της δείχνω το κουλούρι και της λέω ότι αυτό το κουλούρι που μου έδωσε είναι αψητο, ότι δεν θα μπορούσα να φάω το ζυμάρι που πλήρωσα 2.30€. και προς πολύ μεγάλη μου έκπληξη η εν λόγω επέμενε λέγοντας μου 3-4 φορές ότι ξέρει από ψήσιμο και ότι το κουλούρι ήταν ψημένο, πέραν του οτι το έπιανε με τα χέρια της. Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά εξυπηρέτησης προς πελάτες, δεν ήθελα να το συνεχίσω με αστυνομία και έλεγχο ποιότητας γιατί θα μπορούσα και το μαγαζάκι θα έβαζε λουκέτο! Πέταξα το κουλούρι μπροστά της γιατί προφανώς δε τρογωνταν και κατόπιν, όταν τυχαία ξαναπέρασα μπροστά από το κατάστημα, μιλούσε με μια φιλενάδα της και με σχολίασαν. Αυτή είναι η εικόνα που θέλετε να δείχνουν οι καταστηματάρχες στο Αγρίνιο???? Ρητορικό ερώτημα! Δεν είναι μαγαζάκι σας η αγορά, υπάρχουν δυστυχώς και νόμοι και κανόνες! Αυτά! Μακριά από τους κουλουραδες της οδού Γεωργίου Καραπαππα Δοριτη!! Θέλουμε την υγεία μας! At least unacceptable customer service behavior, I did not want to continue with the police and quality control because I could and the store would be locked! I threw the bun in front of her because obviously they were not being eaten and then, when I accidentally passed in front of the store again, she was talking to one of her girlfriends and they commented on me.
