Nice quiet place and we had a great service with the staff on site. In the centre of everything in Mykonos. Very clean.

Decent location unless you have alot of baggage to cary from taxi/bus terminal. Then its a mission. Friendly reception.

Though only a short one night stay due to weather conditions ( medicaine) instead of three, we still decided to come due to lack of refund from the establishment. , it was a very impressive accommodation. Stylish and lavish. Centrally located..look for the Louis Vuitton shop! How good is that. A bit of a trundle from the bus/ taxi stop.

Hotel was excellent! Staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. The club across the road was quite loud which didn’t keep me awake, but if you are a light sleeper it definitely will.

Wonderful peaceful setting amongst the busy streets. Friendly staff although non intrusive. If driving, park opposite the eat pray love cafe and walk down following google maps. Ts a 10 min walk but you'll thank me, the roads near the windmills are bedlam!

I visit Mykonos almost every summer and have stayed at various locations. And I am giving Kouneni Apartments the 5 star they deserve. If you are a new comer to Mykonos, your expectations might be a bit different - as per some of the previous reviewers'. Unless you pay 400/500 euros minimum it is hard to get a hotel room that checks all the boxes, but Kouneni Apartments by far the best in it's class. The rooms are better than many hotels in the town centre (Chora) - and better than the photos on their website to be honest The owners' elegant style and the good quality material they used inside the rooms in addition to the extremely clean facilities is not that easy to find on the island, believe me. Everything was spotless in the room and inside the hotel. The beds and pillows were five star hotel quality. The small kitchenette in the room makes a huge difference if you want to make your own breakfast bowl sometimes - when you do not feel like eating out all the time. The location is also perfect if you want to be at the heart of the island. You step out and all the restaurants, bars and boutiques are lined up for you. FYI: LV store is next door:) Yet, the rooms are quite with very little noise coming from the near by clubs. If you are staying in town there is almost no way to avoid the noise anyways. But I never had hard times falling asleep or woke up because of the noise. Also note that one way or the other, you need a rental car in Mykonos if you want to access the beaches. So staying in town is the best since the evening and night time activities largely take place there. I have also worked remotely during my 2-week stay there and the wifi was beyond perfect. I would be happy to stay here again and have no doubt the staff will keep doing their best to make this place better. Good place and good people. I would not hesitate to stay at Kouneni again.
