Π	ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΣΟΥΛΕΛΕΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ άσχημη εξυπηρέτηση και άρνηση να πληρωθούν με κάρτα DINERS προφασιζόμενοι οτι έχει μεγάλες κρατήσεις. Στην πόρτα όμως αναφέρει οτι δέχονται την συγκεκριμένη κάρτα!!! Αν δεν τους συμφέρει να σταματήσουν την συνεργασία... δεν πρέπει να μ,εταφέρουν στον πελάτη τα προβλήματα που έχουν με την τράπεζα.. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!!! Very bad service and refusal to pay by DINERS card claiming to have large bookings. At the door, however, he states that they accept this card !!! If it is not in their best interest to stop cooperating ... they should not, they tell the customer the problems they have with the bank. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
A	Angeliki Deligiorgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Ο κύριος με το δεύτερο σκελετό ήθελε να αγοράσουμε και έδειχνε βαριεστημένος. Απαντούσε με ειρωνεία στις ερωτήσεις μας, είχε ένα ύφος εκατό καρδιναλίων και έδειχνε ότι το μόνο που ήθελε ήταν να διαλέξουμε ένα οποιοδήποτε ζευγάρι γυαλιά και να φύγουμε. Απαράδεκτοι! Very poor service. The gentleman with the second frame wanted us to buy and he looked bored. He answered our questions ironically, had a hundred cardinal style and showed that all he wanted was for us to pick any pair of glasses and leave. Unacceptable!

Οι οπτικοί του μαγαζιού είναι εξαιρετικοι και με βοήθησαν να βρω τα κατάλληλα γυαλιά ενώ τα πάντα είναι σε πολύ καλή τιμή.Πραγματικα μπράβο τους για την καλή τους διάθεση και εξυπηρετικοτητα. Είναι απ' τα καλύτερα μαγαζιά με οπτικά που έχω πάει. Very good service. Always available whenever I go. The shop's visuals are great and helped me find the right glasses and everything is at a great price. Really nice thumbs up for their good mood and convenience. It's one of the best visual shops I've ever been to.

E	Evangelia Xydea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορά γυαλιών ηλίου 8/6/2020: Μετά την αγορά συνειδητοποίησα ότι οι βραχίονες χρήζουν διόρθωσης, προκειμένου το γυαλί να προσαρμοστεί στο πρόσωπο μου. Ξαναπηγαίνω στο κατάστημα 13/6/2020 (μη έχοντας φορέσει το γυαλί από την ημέρα αγοράς) για να ζητήσω με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο να προσαρμόσουμε τους βραχίονες. Η απάντηση του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική (και συμπεριφορικά και λεκτικά), ρίχνοντάς μου ευθύνες ότι στράβωσα τα γυαλιά και ότι δεν πούλησε τα γυαλιά σε τέτοια κατάσταση και διάφορα άλλα, που ποτέ δεν κατάλαβα το λόγο που ειπώθηκαν, μιας και η αρχικη μου τοποθέτηση δεν ήταν να διεκδικήσω αλλαγή ούτε επιστροφή, παρά μόνο μια διόρθωση στους βραχίονες.. Το αποτελέσμα ήταν να ανέβουν οι τόνοι άσκοπα λέγοντάς του ότι το γυαλί δεν το φόρεσα και αυτός από την πλευρά του να γκρινιάζει ότι τα στράβωσα. Το θέατρο του παραλόγου με λίγα λόγια... Ευτυχώς η πωλήτρια (που ακούστηκε να ενδιαφέρεται πιο πολύ για τον πελάτη παρά ο ιδιοκτήτης) και ένας ακόμα κύριος (πιθανότατα υπάλληλος και αυτός) ενδιαφέρθηκαν να δώσουν λύση σε αυτό που ζήτησα... Η προσέγγιση στον πελάτη απαιτεί μόνο ευγένεια, τίποτα περισσότερο... Συμβουλή μου είναι να επενδύσετε σε αυτή την τακτική περισσότερο, και όχι να βάζετε σε διαδικασία τον πελάτη να προσπαθεί να αποδείξει ότι δεν είναι ελέφαντας. Κρίμα για τα λεφτά που άφησα σε αυτό το μαγαζί και εννοείται ούτε απέξω δεν ξαναπερνάω... Buy sunglasses 8/6/2020: After the purchase I realized that the arms need correction, in order for the glass to adapt to my face. I go back to the store on 13/6/2020 (not having worn the glass since the day of purchase) to politely ask with a smile to adjust the arms. The owner's response was highly unprofessional (both behaviorally and verbally), blaming me for pulling the glasses and not selling the glasses in such a state and so on, that I never understood why they were said, since my initial position was not It was to demand a change or a return, but only a correction in the arms.
