Όταν πήγα εκεί και ανέφερα το γεγονός μου απάντησαν ότι ο Ο.Α.Ε.Δ δεν του δίνει άτομα και σε έντονο ύφος μόνο πού δεν με πήραν με της πέτρες I try for two days to contact them and they do not pick up the phone.

Το ωράριο του πρακτορείου τους ειναι το μικρότερο απο ολα τα υπολοιπα, εαν δε κανεις το λαθος και πας 15 λεπτα πριν το κλείσιμο, απλως δεν θα εξυπηρετηθεις. The worst courier office in Pyrgos. Οι παραδώσεις γίνονται μόνο μια φορά την εβδομάδα κ αναγκαζόμαστε να στέλνουμε γνωστούς στον πύργο να παραλάβουν ενώ έχουμε πληρώσει έξοδα μεταφοράς, τα οποία δεν μας επιστρέφονται ποτέ. Έφυγα από την δουλειά μου δυο ώρες νωρίτερα για να πάω να παραλάβω το δέμα μου επειδή τα Σάββατα κλείνουν στις 13.00 αλλά μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορώ να το παραλάβω Σάββατο ενώ μου είχαν στείλει μήνυμα το πρωί. Ακύρωσα την παραγγελία και τους ανέφερα στα κεντρικά. Unacceptable, they never pick up the phone and the staff is rude. I left my job two hours earlier to pick up my parcel because it closes at 13.00 on Saturdays but I was told I could not pick it up on Saturday while they had sent me a message in the morning. I canceled the order and reported them to the headquarters.

Σκοπός τους δεν είναι να εξυπηρετούν τον κόσμο και να μεταφέρουν τα δέματα. Είναι κρίμα που οι υγιείς επιχειρήσεις συνεργάζονται μαζί τους για την παράδοση δεμάτων. Ο χώρος είναι πάντα βρώμικος και ακατάστατος. Δεν απαντούν πότε τα τηλέφωνα. Καθυστερούν τραγικά τις παραδόσεις. Unacceptable, rude, instead of professionals! I wonder how such a business continues to be open. Their purpose is not to serve the people and to transport the parcels. It is a pity that healthy companies work with them to deliver parcels. The place is always dirty and messy. Phones do not answer. Traditions are tragically delayed.
