The rudeness is the only speed they have! Too bad they represent a great company. I do not order anything again from a company that works with them.

Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση και ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά από τον υπάλληλο της διανομής. Very good service and treatment from the phone as well as the counter. Not at all good service and inappropriate behavior from the distribution clerk.

Πολύ κακή έκβαση της παράδοσης αλλά και της ημερομηνίας και ώρας, καθώς δεν πήγε την επόμενη μέρα αλλά την τριτη ημέρα από την παραλαβή κ όχι μέχρι τις 13:00, όπως και αποπληρωμή επιβαρυνθηκε με επιπλέον 3 ευρώ στα αρχικά 12 χωρίς καμία δικαιολογία ή λάθος δικό μας ή ενημέρωση της υπαλλήλου στην αρχική παραλαβή. Good service ..... Very bad outcome of the delivery but also of the date and time, as it did not go the next day but on the third day from receipt and not until 13:00, as well as repayment was charged with an additional 3 euros in the initials 12 without any excuse or mistake of ours or informing the employee at the initial receipt.
X	Xristina Zerva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικο καθολου ευγενικο...σου ζηταν κωδικο αποστολης χωρις να σε εχουν παρει τηλ να σε ενημερωσουν οτι το δεμα εχει ερθει...ψαχνεις εσυ να βρεις τον κουριερ γιατι ως γνωστον δεν μπορουν να σου δωσουν το τηλ του να συννενοηθεις... The staff is not polite at all ... they asked you for a shipping code without being called to inform you that the package has arrived ... you are looking to find the courier because as you know they can not give you his phone number to communicate ...
Α	ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ ΡΑΣΙΩΤΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς, δεν υπάρχει αξιολόγηση με 0 αστέρια!!! Η SPEEDEX μόλις επικοινώνησε μαζί μας για να μας ενημερώσει ότι: Α. στις 11:59 που τηλεφώνησα στον μεταφορέα τους ΔΕΝ μου απάντησε ούτε είδε τις 2 κλήσεις μου, διότι διαχειρίζονταν τα δέματα.... Β. Στο 2ο δρομολόγιο προ την περιοχή μου δεν ήταν μέσα το δέμα, διότι δεν είχα απαντήσει στο 1ο τηλεφώνημα!!!! Γ. Σήμερα δε θα γινόταν η αποστολή, διότι τώρα που επικοινώνησαν, έχουν τελειώσει τα δρομολόγια τους. Ήταν μέχρι τις 5:00 μμ... Δ. Αύριο μέχρι τις 10 πμ ,που δώσαμε περιθώριο πριν ταξιδέψουμε για Αθήνα , για την παράδοση ΔΕΝ μπορούν, γιατί ανοίγουν στις 9:00, άρα..... Unfortunately, there is no rating with 0 stars !!! SPEEDEX has just contacted us to inform us that: A. at 11:59 when I called their carrier they did NOT answer me or see my 2 calls, because they were handling the parcels .... B. On the 2nd route before my area the package was not inside, because I had not answered the 1st phone call !!!! C. The mission would not take place today, because now that they have contacted, their itineraries have ended. It was until 5:00 pm ... D. Tomorrow until 10 am, when we gave the opportunity before traveling to Athens, for the delivery they can NOT, because they open at 9:00, so .....
