very friendly staff, the pool is always clean, food is diverse and delicious and for breakfast and dinner. pleasant ambience. In the evening it is very pleasant to sit by the pool. close to beautiful beaches. special praise for the guys in the restaurant. excellent price and quality ratio.

Clean, cosy place. Ideal for families with kids. Stuff is very efficient and polite, way more than hotel rating "demands".

A lovely stay at Koviou. The rooms are lovely and clean and it's no extra for air conditioning. It's very close to a number of lovely beaches.The pool and surroundings are very clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you. It took us 15 hours to drive from Bulgaria including a 4 hour wait at customs in the sweltering heat. We arrived after the restaurant was closed bu they still arranged some sandwiches for us as we we were shattered, frazzled and hungry. Would heartily recommend.

hotel excellent. we were in August 2019. the rooms are small, the beds not very comfortable. everything else is nice, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every 3 days. the food is great. the pool is clean, it is cleaned every night. the owner of the hotel is a very kind and pleasant woman, she is very open in communication and you can answer everything with her. a little more content for the kids or the animation team should be added. we enjoyed it.

Three star hotel which is hardly worthy of a two star which is really unfortunate. We were looking for a budget hotel, but did receive a sub par budget one with pretty repetitive food, basic room with lots of problems, staff trying a bit but not trying enough, hotel really away from a basic beach through a pedestrian road which seems like a jungle... Let's start with hotel. Room was big enough, had decent mattresses, but it didn't hide the fact that this room (called ECO, so please try to avoid it) and another one next to it, whic was rennovated in a basement. It was crawling with ants, and when we noted it to the staff - they didn't do anything about it. Also, the cleaning lady was only three times there (we were on a 12 day vacation) and each time leaved the room UNLOCKED. The room doesn't have a safe at all, wifi is awful in all areas, not available in the room at all. Hotel has somewhat nice surrounding, has a medium sized pool, and it's a nice place for kids (as there's lots of them) but the food was always repetitive, breakfast in particular, but the dinner too. If you come in a bit late to the restaurant, you won't be getting some of the offerings, as it's not being filled out regularly. Due to the location of the room we were greeted with the noise of the septic tank truck, restaurant and kitchen people, and also the walls were so thin that we could hear the people in the other room. The only thing good about the hotel is that it's a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is rudemental, it doesn't have sunshades, sunbeds, showers, changing boots, a bar, toilet, nothing. Although the water is crystal clear, and the beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is covered with large rocks and pebbles on which you can cut your feet (did it three times myself). The pathway to the beach is also a nightmare of it's own, which we as a family experienced four times, ditched it and decided to experience many more beautiful beaches near this one. Akti Kovou really did disappoint, especially that there's a 5 minute Kalogria next to it which is really worth a visit. All in all - at least 2 star hotel, with repetitive food, lots of wasps, some mosquitoes, an army of ants in your room, staff that says they care but they don't seem to, a nightmare pathway to the beach, lousy beach - all in all, we sure won't be coming back. There are much more nicer hotels and beaches at Sithonia. Edit: As the owner kindly replied, I'd like to add that we initially asked for family apartment, and that we wanted to avoid the maisonette. ECO apartment was offered by the owner itself, which in truth we did accept, but didn't know the rest of the facts I wrote here. The good thing is that the staff did seem to keep trying on our visit and I'd like them to keep trying to be better. This could be a much better place to visit in the future and I do wish them all the best.

Beautiful place with wonderful garden and nice pool! Good location near two great beaches and Nikiti or Neos Marmaras for the night. Especially for families who spend more time outside and want to enjoy real Greece.

We spent very nice days in this hotel, food was good, pool is ok, room is clean, but I think they need more renovation. For example bathroom, equipment... Whatever, the staff is very pleasant and kind and I am satisfied.

Cozy hotel, but can be upgraded to a higher level. Pool could be a little bit cleaner, but it is enjoyable. A lot of greenery, which is really big plus and playground for children is very good. Parking is moderate, not so shady... We enjoyed our time...
