Lovely little place to stay, Stavros is a wonderful person, very accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

lovely little apartment, slept 6 - at a squeeze, great outside space, garden and pool. Owner and Host Stavros was very friendly, helpful. nothing was too much trouble.

We went there with our pets (3 ferrets) as the hotel is "pets allowed". The owner started complaining from the first day about the poop and pee(you can see the little black dots on the pictures), he was going through our cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and everything when we were at the beach. We cleaned after our ferrets, but he was always unhappy (If you dont like pets, just dont say "pets allowed" it is simple). He started posting threatening sticky notes on the fridge. I was sick one day, my friends went to the beach and he immediately came in the apartment while I was in bed. We had arguments, but he was a bizarre person and we were afraid of him, so decided not to argue anymore, as we were scared for us and our pets. Even the last day when we were leaving in the car he came and told us that it is not clean (after we spent an hour to perfectly clean everything) and he does not have to clean after us (which is strange for a place that you rented) and threatened us he will charge more money from our credit card. 2 days after we went home he sent us a message that he wants 900 euro, we just dont understand, nothing is broken, everything is clear. Other things are that there is no WiFi in 90% of the time, there are no nets on the windows, therefore there are a lot of mosquitos and you can not sleep during the night, there is something with tabs provided to put in the electricity but it does not work(you can see the pictures) and the place was not clean in general. Most horrible experience we've ever had and we travel a lot! We were happy to leave.

Amazing experience in the heart of Metaxata village in Kefalonia. Great space, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and tidy, nice location and local ambience. A lot of outdoor space to chill by the pool, tan, exercise or take an afternoon nap. Respecting COVID regulations and sparkly clean.

Large apartment in a central place of Kefalonia, very clean, spacious, excellent kitchen, well organized, laundry service. The host Starvos was very very friendly and helpful, just there when you need. Gave us full details and a program to visit the island - all the time he is there to satisfy you and help. Wonderful surroundings, superb clean accommodation, fully equipped rooms. Absolutely recommend! I have returned to Koxyli Studios & Apartments several times in the last few years and every time I was completely satisfied. Our host exceeds expectations with his friendliness and thoughtfulness, also offers help with recommendations on the island. Thank you for everything and we look forward to being back soon :)
