★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking place, good wifi, nice garden, if you are with your gf romance can disappear - toilet doors are...strange. Smells like farm, lots of dogs - can be difficult to fall asleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay here was one of the most uncomfortable stays I have ever had. Not because of the place but probably we were not lucky with the moment.
First and the worst was that there was a drunk man in the garden who came by car and fortunately he did not hit our car as he parked next to it. After that he was walking around with pants taken off.
Second - there was a cockroach fighting a spider in front of the bathroom door.
And three - 5 (or more) homeless dogs did not stop barking all night so we could not sleep until 3 in the morning.
Otherwise the yard around the rooms is very beautiful and good maintained there is a playground for kids, bbq , parking space. The room can be much more clean, especially the bathroom but the bedding and towels were clean. You feel like in a farmhouse (and smells like that). The location is not too bad it is about 25min by car from the nearest beach, 30 from Xanthi, 40 from Keramoti.
The host was very kind and responsible.
