N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO GO !!!!! Rude, disrespectful staff. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. I would have give him a slap if the waiter would have been rude to me. These guy beg us to come in the restaurant and what the hell they think about themselves. So rude to my friends that they actually asked us to leave because they said our order was too low. We were just ordering starters and drink to start with, 6 of us. I was busy with my work over my phone so didn’t know what happened until after everyone told me. If they don’t respect you, they don’t deserve your custom !!!

Also they push to you things that you didn’t order (such as garlic bread) and of course the prices are high and the food portions are tiny. The food is bad and don’t deserve the money. They also lied us saying that they are the best rated restaurant on tripadvisor (which is totally wrong) and they forced us to join they’re restaurant. More than that, they don’t bring us a real receipt. They wrote something in greece language on a piece of paper so that we didn’t even understand. In the whole time spent there all we wanted was to leave..
P	Patrick Nadoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff seem friendly and cheerful until they get you inside and then take advantage. We were met at the pavement with an aggressive hustle. Okay, they have a business to run. So we were recommended the fish plate, only one of us eats fish. I was expecting sardines and a bit of something else as well as mentioned by the overly solicitous waiter. I got a plate of prawns and octopus which was tasty so no complaints. At the end when we received our bill we were charged for a starter of bread and cheese which we didn’t order and couldn’t even eat being gluten intolerant. Then we were charged exorbitant prices for my recommended prawns and octopus. It was if they made up the price on the spot and it certainly wasn’t transparent. Really felt taken advantage of as a tourist and wouldn’t recommend or go there again. Very disappointed!

The waiter is luring people in, then they recommend some catch of the day and don’t even let you see the menues properly. You wait a long time for the food, they bring you extra things that you didn’t order (such as garlic bread). At the end, for two shared meals and a small pizza -so 3 dishes- and a couple a drinks, we payed over 100 euros, WAY MORE than at any other tavern and nice restaurant we went to in Crete. They write the bill in greek on a piece of paper, barely readable. For referance -24 euros for a glas of wine and 10 euros for a draught beer. To me, this is a total scam.

High prices compared to other restaurants in the area. We had fish and seafood, it was fresh and tasty but we were disugsted with the customer service. In Crete it is customary to provide a small desert or a drink 'on the house' (like creme caramel, orange semolina cake, a shot of raki etc), here all we got was a slice of watermelon.

While ordering he upselled 4 shrimps starter to us to eat before our mains just to figure out later on it cost us €18.50 (yes 4 shrimps). Absolutely cheeky daylight robbery, avoid
A	Alfa & Omega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lost an hour of our lives in this place. We were persuaded by the staff to this place. We ordered a set of meat and fish. We waited for an hour. I thought it took so long to prepare a meal. They just forgot about us. In the meantime, I was eating starters and drinking wine. After 45 minutes, when I realized that the new customers who had just arrived had already received their orders, I asked where was our ordered meal ?. they didn't even apologize, they said it would be soon. paid for starters and wine and left. total disregard for the client. hungry i wasted an hour of time, i could have eaten elsewhere in that time. i don't recommend this place.

We were going to sit down and the same gentleman invited us to visit the kitchen, we followed you and he in the kitchen suggested the dishes that are in the photograph, we accepted and out of stupidity we didn't ask the price. Eating was reasonable but 109 euros for two people is too much. I don't advise, as we've been on the island for almost 2 weeks and it was the first time we felt cheated. we've eaten better and pay less than half, average 40 euros for 2 people.
