 Miserable way of the manager my order was delayed too much not at all polite an apology I did not hear unacceptable if I could not even get 1 star put finally a proper manager in this store if it were not for the saleswomen would have fallen

We were warmly received by Despinay and Maria.
Despinay not only explained us all the different amazingly looking desserts but also have us a lesson on the Greek alphabet!
We have been getting our Greeks dessert everyday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best bakery I've ever been. Every day they have new foods and each of them is absolutely delicious.
Despinay and Maria give us the best attention. They makes us feel super welcome and we even got some Greek lessons.
We stayed in Heraklion for a couple of weeks and came here every single day after we discovered it. Would come back to this city just to have one more bite from this bakery!
