Excellent restoration of a historic building and very good and understandable structure of exhibit halls. Impressive effect with pebbles and water!

Ολη η ιστορία του τόπου μας δεν χωραει εκεί μέσα αλλά οποιος το επισκεφθεί συνειδητοποιεί την διαχρονικότητα του τοπου μας, την ιστορία και την συνεισφορά του στον πολιτισμό. Υπέροχα και μοναδικά εκθέματα! Ωραια διαμόρφωση των χώρων και του συνόλου του μουσείου! A real jewel for the city of Messolonghi but also for the surrounding area! The whole history of our place does not fit in there but whoever visits it realizes the timelessness of our place, its history and its contribution to culture. Wonderful and unique exhibits! Nice configuration of the spaces and the whole museum!

Η αρχιτεκτονική του κτηρίου σε συνδιασμό με τα εξαίσια αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα που φιλοξενεί αλλά και την ανάδειξη του μέσα από την ανακαίνιση δίνουν ένα εντυπωσιακό αποτέλεσμα. Ένα αρχαιολογικό μουσείο στο Μεσολόγγι είναι κάπως όχι τόσο γνώριμο για την περιοχή και θέλει χρόνο για υπαλλήλους κυρίως αλλά και κάποιους επισκέπτες για να καταλάβουν τι και πως. Δυο ας πούμε μειονέκτηματα είναι ότι δεν έχει στο πωλητήριο αντικείμενα σχετικά με το ίδιο το μουσείο και την έκθεση του αλλά γενικά και επίσης δεν είναι ανοιχτό απογευματινές ώρες. Οι χώροι του είναι άψογοι ενώ οι προθήκες και η ανάδειξη των αρχαιολογικών ευρημάτων είναι υψηλών προδιαγραφών όπως αρμόζει σε ένα μουσείο του 21ου αιώνα. Όχι μόνο αξίζει να το επισκεφθεί κανείς αλλά επιβάλλεται!!! Another jewel for Messolonghi. The Holy City of Greece. The architecture of the building in combination with the exquisite archaeological findings that it hosts and its promotion through renovation give an impressive result. An archeological museum in Messolonghi is somewhat not so familiar to the area and requires time for employees mainly but also some visitors to understand what and how. Let's say two disadvantages are that it does not have items in the store related to the museum itself and its exhibition but in general and also it is not open in the afternoon. Its spaces are impeccable while the showcases and the highlight of the archeological findings are of high standards as befits a museum of the 21st century. Not only is it worth visiting but it is a must !!!
N	Nicki Panou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο το νέο μουσείο του Μεσολογγίου, έχει πάρα πολλά ευρήματα από την περιοχή και είναι οργανωμένα με τέτοιο τρόπο που η περιήγηση γίνεται πολυ ενδιαφέρουσα. Μόνη παραφωνία , μια κυρία που ήρθε κ άρχισε να συζητάει με τους υπαλλήλους της υποδοχής πολύ δυνατά, σαν να ήταν στην αυλή της. Δυστυχώς κανένας από το προσωπικό δεν της έκανε παρατήρηση, αν και ήταν πολύ ενοχλητική.

Εξαιρετικό το Μουσείο, σύγχρονο, ενδιαφέρον, με εύληπτη έκθεση των ευρημάτων. Αναζητήστε το έκθεμα με το ύφασμα, είναι κάτι αρκετά σπάνιο. Τι να πει κανείς για το πανέμορφο κτήριο επίσης... The Museum is exceptional, modern, interesting, with an intelligible exhibition of the findings. Look for the exhibit with the fabric, it is something quite rare.
