Their ticket booking systems are constantly down , had to pay extra money fee to withdraw money from a different bank just because they couldn’t accept my card payment method on desk ! The staff is rude and unhelpful, this company only continues to exist because they don’t have competitors sadly .

The fact that Kifissos bus terminal in Athens is not the best, that's another story.
