For a connecting bus station important to suburban buses going to south and west of the Peloponnese this Corinth Canal station is bad. There are no lockers to store belongings when changing buses and wanting to pass the time going to see the famous Canal. The staff was the worst of all the stations I encountered. When I arrived they were screaming and took a while to answer my questions. There is no information about buses timetables and with a system so divided between regions, it is quite challenging to coordinate buses. On the other hand, the buses are in good condition, the drivers are prompt and they are on time for the most part.

This place is lacking in infrastructure. Especially considering its the main transit hub for the area. Didn't have a lot of good experience here on our many times through it. The whole transit system here needs a rework. Having to take a 15 euro cab from the train station to get to the bus station is pretty unimpressive

Worst experience ever in a train station. No indications, no english and nobody from the train stations is willing to help. We just felt we were disturbing them when asking for information. Toilets are very dirty. We have been told that this is the busiest train station in Greece (which is a Country with lots of tourism....)

Horrible bus stand with no indications or signs about the busses. Grumpy ticket sellers more interested in chatting with the bus drivers than actually doing their jobs.

If you want to be amongst the locals take the bus. All amenities in the station. Super super helpful.????

Ticket office located inside main terminal building and too the left. Cafe/Shop facility located within the station building selling a variety of items. Some seating both internally and externally.

Ticket sellers were very polite and patient; purchasing tickets to Nafplion was a straightforward task. The building itself has a decent amount of seating, and a shop with good variety.

Bus agency coordination is lacking and that's ticket seller's fault. this bus station is a pick up/drop off location for many routes due to it's location, bus drivers have to be notified if there are any passengers boarding on that station, so you'd expect people issuing and handling tickets should have basic coordination/communication skills, oh boy I was wrong. I purchased a ticket online on a route that starts in Athens and goes to a town in north, rushed my way so I'll arrive at the station before the bus even starts in Athens so they'll have time to communicate and coordinate, I get to the ticket seller and informed them about my online tickets, that it's my first time doing that route so I didn't know what's the procedure, the ticket seller was very rude with aggressive tone, many bus agencies haven't set up ticket QR verification yet so you'll have to get a copy of the ticket on paper, on every station I've been, I show them my ticket along with ID or anything else that's needed to verify my ticket and they give me a valid paper copy, in this station when I told seller that I have it on online form and asked if it was mandatory to get a paper copy (I knew I had, but I didn't want to ask straight forward for a copy), seller pointed at my phone and said that it writes that I do need a paper copy and dismissed me, I stood there (which seemed to annoy the seller) and I asked politely if I could get my ticket printed, seller answered bluntly (and sounded annoyed) "no, we don't have a printer, you should have printed it" and pointed at a direction away from the area with no buildings (which I assumed seller told me to move away, since obviously there wasn't any building with printing services at that direction), I thanked the seller for their time and left to wait for the bus. Bus was arriving in 1 hour and 20 minutes, I had my doubts that the station had informed the bus agency of my existence and my ticket for their bus so I called 10 minutes after bus had started from Athens to ask if it was a big problem that I didn't have a printed copy and told them what happened, the agency told me that the station never warned them about my arrival nor my desire to board… ticket seller never bothered to inform anyone, not even get someone else do a simple call and inform the agency that they have 1 passenger waiting for the bus in the station, so I had to be on lookout for my bus and rush to it as soon as it got near, which I did and barely boarded, even when the driver arrived at the station, he was still unaware of me. I've never used the station's ticket selling counter to buy a ticket, I assume that part is working at least, that's why I added one extra star, but if you book a ticket online and you are going to board at your desired bus, don't trust the station workers at all, just call the bus agency yourself and inform them about your existence in that station because no one else will bother to communicate to them. I highly doubt there's no printer in the station, plus if you have the ability to print new tickets then you could cancel my existing ticket and rebook it as new to get the printed ticket, if you want to slack at your job because you'll be retired soon, better change job/position or at least be polite, if your job is to communicate at least do it right, we are customers and we are paying, you are doing us no favor and we do no favor to you.
