★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Karditsa KTEL four times back in summer 2015. People were helpful and quick and the bus left/arrived on time. The facility was below average, albeit clean. The restrooms were slightly vandalised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too small for a bus station. No parking for customers. Toilets could be in better shape. Small number of chairs - benches for waiting. Horrible coffee. Not customer friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to travel with this service because the train's engine was broken. My end destination was Athens. I was impressed by the fact that I could book and pay for my ticket online. Unfortunately the ticket officer could not scan my ticket through QR code, so I had to show them a printed ticket. I think that can easily get fixed with a QR code scanner. There is A/C but awful music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus I traveled yesterday to Athens was very clean and the bus driver was very kind and helpful. The passengers on the other hand left all short of stuff in the bus (empty bottles etc) it's a pity. If you are lucky enough to travel with bus number 24 you will enjoy it for sure.
