s	sakis kel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ktel Nomou Achaias are located close to the city center of Patras city. It has many routes to Athens and some days for Thessaloniki. Of course it has routes for other cities and vllages of Peloponnese every day. It has a cafe bar inside where you can have a seat while waiting for your bus to travel.

T	To St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so rude!!! It's sad that the one of the biggest cities in Greece has such a bus service. Every single time, we have to fight to make our point clear, since they are not willing to help you. AVOID if you have the option, and prefer the train, at least there they are not rude.

I'd prefer to pay a small amount to have access to clean toilets with paper. Also the service is overpriced. 7+ euros for an hour's ride is way too much. The bus was full, more regular routes are needed. I'd very much like to use public transportation more as it's good for the traffic and the environment, but KTEL makes it impossible for me.
S	Sinem Spiliotopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell you a ticket and claim they can't give you a number for your destination. They tell you orally where to sit. Then on one of the stops you find out that they sold your seat to someone else -when that person comes and rubs his numbered ticket to your face- and the establishment wants you to go standing rest of the way! And they tell you this with the most possible rude attitude! How is this even legal!

G	Gs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets are awful !! Even in the greek army we had better toilets. AVOID TO GO INSIDE!!! Better get pee on you inside the bus rather than go to those toilets.
