Ο Ηλίας (ιδιοκτήτης) με μια ξενάγηση που δεν θα ξεχάσω σύντομα, μου έδειξε τον τρόπο παραγωγής των προϊόντων της φάρμας. Ένα ελαιόλαδο με γεύση Ελλάδας, γεύση που διαφημίζει τη χώρα μας με τον τρόπο που της αρμόζει και όχι αυτό που έχουμε συνηθίσει από μεγάλες αλυσίδες παραγωγής και να έχεις ξένους να αποδοκιμάζουν ένα προϊόν που μας χαρακτηρίζει σαν λαό. Το μέλι με πήγε πίσω χρόνια, στην εποχή που μου έφτιαχνε η γιαγιά μου πρωινό με μέλι απτό χωριό, μέλι της οικογένειας. Κ.Ηλία έφυγα απτην φάρμα σας όχι απλά σαν ένας πελάτης αλλά σαν ένας υποστηρικτής του οράματος σας, για προϊόντα οργανικά, αγνά και ελληνικά. Θα τα ξανά πούμε σύντομα. Searching for organic and Greek products, my path brought it and I ended up at this farm, Elias' farm. Elias (owner) with a tour that I will not forget soon, showed me how to produce the farm products. An olive oil with a taste of Greece, a taste that advertises our country in the way it deserves and not what we are used to from large production chains and having foreigners disapprove of a product that characterizes us as a people. Honey took me back years, to the time when my grandmother made me breakfast with honey from a tangible village, the honey of the family.
