This is a small (as of the time of writing) family run winery, where 2 siblings, Dimitris and Marilena produce one of the finest wines I have ever tasted. We visited the winery and Marilena gave us a full tour of the vineyards and the winery itself, showing us and explaining step by step the wine making procedures, from grape to bottle. After the tour, they treated us to a bottle of Antinoi, their label wine, as well as some delicious snacks prepared by their mother, Themi. The winery oozes with love and attention to detail and everyone was cheerful and hospitable. Time passed without us realising and we left with the best impressions and with 12 bottles of Antinoi in our trunk, as the wine, despite its excellent quality was not at all expensive. Overall it was a truly pleasant experience and if you find yourself in the area, give this winery a visit as it is well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little family run vineyard, I high recommend the stop! Dimitris and Marilena (brother and sister) are super passionate about their craft and do an outstanding job of sharing it with you. Coming from a Chemical Engineering and Food industry background how could you not make good wine. Super hospitable too…. their mother brought out food to pair. She also does a lot of the work around the vineyard, from building furniture to riding the tractor. I don’t speak much Greek and She doesn’t speak much English, but some how we still communicated. We ended up staying for hours talking, laughing, tasting…definitely a great experience! They grow this grape called Moschofilero, which was a new variety to us. The grape has tons of potential and is very unique. If you are in the area, you must go and try it yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! We tried their range of wines as well as some snacks which were all fantastic. They even let us pick some of the moschofilero grapes. A hidden gem winery in a hidden gem part of greece. Please visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience! Panagopoulou winery is a family-ran business; do not expect any post-modern architecture or art-gallery like facilities, just tons of pure passion and knowledge. You will also taste one of the smoothest Moschofilero wine. Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Further ,the family was the most warm genuine people we have met in Europe as far !!!
