Είμαστε πολύ καλύτερα όπως άκριβώς μας τα είπε!! Χαλάλι το νυχτερινό ταξίδι από Περαία. Many thanks to the excellent doctor of the night shift Tuesday to Wednesday for the excellent work and the patience he showed to our not at all cooperative Frida. We are much better as he told us !! Γ	Γιαννης Μουρατίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α-Π-Α-Ρ-Α-Δ-Ε-Κ-Τ-Ο-Ι , δεν προτείνω πραγματικά σε κανένα να επισκεφτεί το συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση γιατί για αυτό πρόκειται και Οχι ιατρείο όπως θέλουν να λένε , αγενέστατη η κοπέλα της βάρδιας φάνηκε να μην είχε καν τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις , και μάλιστα για κάτι που αποδείχθηκε πολυ απλό , η δεσποινίς μόνο νεκρό δεν μου έβγαλε το σκυλάκι μου . Εξετάσεις εδώ εξετάσεις εκεί μέχρι και νοσηλεία χωρίς λόγο. Έμπαινε μέσα στον χώρο και μιλούσε κρυφά στο «αφεντικό» για να παρει οδηγίες. Το κερασάκι στην τουρτα μου ζήτησαν το σκυλάκι να κάτσει για νοσηλεία ενώ είχε πεντακάθαρες εξετάσεις με την δικαιολογία ότι στα χερια τους θα είχε λιγότερο κίνδυνο . Κίνδυνο από τι ; Δεν ξέρω πόσους βάζουν για να κάνουν καλές κριτικές , αλλά μιλώντας και με άλλους παθουντες ειναι εξίσου έως και περισσότερο δυσαρεστημένοι από μένα ! Α-Π-Α-Ρ-Α-Δ-Ε-Κ-Τ-Ο-Ι, I do not really suggest to anyone to visit this company because this is also a doctor's office as they want to say, the girl on the shift seemed very rude not even had the necessary knowledge, and in fact for something that turned out to be very simple, the lady just dead did not take my dog out of me. Exams here exams there up to hospitalization for no reason. He entered the room and spoke secretly to the "boss" to get instructions. The icing on the cake, they asked the dog to sit for treatment while he had a thorough examination with the excuse that in their hands it would be less dangerous. Danger of what? I do not know how many they put to make good reviews, but talking to other sufferers they are just as much more dissatisfied than me!
P	Penelope Peteini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και εξαιρετικά καταρτισμένο προσωπικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησε ο Θοδωρής και η Στέλλα. Τους χρειαστήκαμε στη 1 π.μ. για ένα επείγον περιστατικό. Αφού μας εξυπηρέτησαν τηλεφωνικώς αποφασισαμε για να ειμαστε σίγουροι να πάμε και για μια εξέταση στο ιατρείο. Ήταν παρά πολύ προσεκτικοί και σωστοί όσο αφορά τον χειρισμό του ζώου (το οποίο είναι φοβικό) , πήρανε χρόνο να μου εξηγήσουν αναλυτικά τι συμβαίνει και μου δώσανε οδηγίες για το σπίτι με τη σημείωση φυσικά πως είναι διαθέσιμοι οποιαδήποτε στιγμή χρειαστεί να πάμε εάν το ζώο παρουσίαζε ξανά ανησυχητικά συμπτώματα. Είναι σίγουρα μια κλινική που χρειαζόταν στην πόλη και θα την πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα Excellent service and highly trained staff. Theodoris and Stella served us. We needed them at 1 p.m. for an emergency. After they served us by phone, we decided to be sure to go for an examination at the doctor's office. They were very careful and correct in handling the animal (which is phobic), they took the time to explain in detail what was going on and gave me instructions for the house with the note of course that they are available at any time we need to go if the animal showed again worrying symptoms. It is definitely a clinic that was needed in the city and I would highly recommend it

Λ	Λινα Τσολομυτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε την μπουμπού μας (2.5 μηνών γατάκι) στην κλινική καθώς έκανε εμετούς, διάρροιες και ήταν υποτονική. Η κοπέλα που δούλευε (νομίζω την έλεγαν Στέλλα) ήταν ευγενέστατη και μας εξήγησε τι θεωρούσε αυτή πως θα ήταν σωστό να γίνει και ποιες ήταν κατά την γνώμη της οι απαραίτητες εξετάσεις. Κάναμε όλες τις εξετάσεις και η μικρούλα διαγνώστηκε με τζιαρντια και λόγω της ηλικίας της μας είπαν και αυτοί αλλά και άλλοι γιατροί που μίλησα ότι έπρεπε να νοσηλευτεί. Μέχρι να κάνουμε τις εξετάσεις και να πάρουμε την απόφαση να φύγουμε πέρασαν κοντά 2 ώρες που ήμασταν εκεί και η κοπέλα δεν έδειξε ούτε για μια στιγμή ίχνος δυσαρέσκειας ή ότι την είχαμε κουράσει κτλ αντιθέτως μας είπε να πάρουμε τον χρόνο μας και να μην ανησυχούμε. Ο χώρος που την βάλαμε και το κλουβάκι ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Η μπουμπού νοσηλεύτηκε για 4-5 μέρες και παίρναμε κάθε μέρα τηλέφωνο να δούμε πως πάει από 3 και 4 φορές ανεξαρτήτου ώρας . Όλοι όσοι δούλευαν ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί και μας ενθάρρυναν να παίρνουμε όσες φορές θέλουμε και μας τόνισαν ότι δεν τους ενοχλούμε καθόλου. Μάλιστα μια μέρα που πήρα μου είπαν ότι η μικρή έκλαιγε και όταν την πήραν αγκαλιά και την χαιδεψαν ηρέμησε, κάτι το οποίο με έκανε πολύ χαρούμενη και μου απέδειξαν το ποσό πολύ προσέχουν και αγαπάνε τα ζώα. Δεν μας χρέωσαν παραπάνω απ ότι έπρεπε ούτε κάναμε περιττές εξετάσεις. Όταν την πήραμε μας έδωσαν την αγωγή της καθώς χρειάστηκε να πάρει αντιβίωση, ένα άλλο φάρμακο και μια ειδική τροφή. Ακόμα και όταν την πήραμε σπίτι και είχαμε οποιαδήποτε απορία όλοι ήταν πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν και να απαντήσουν τις ερωτήσεις μας. Την πήγαμε μετά από 1.5 βδομάδα περίπου για επανεξέταση η οποία ήταν δωρεάν και της κάναμε τον απαραίτητο έλεγχο. Τώρα η μπουμπού μας είναι μια χαρά και μεγαλώνει χάρη στην εξαιρετική δουλειά που έκαναν όλοι! Θέλω να πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε όλους ξεχωριστά και σίγουρα θα προτείνω το συγκεκριμένο κτηνιατρικο κέντρο σε όποιον χρειαστεί κάτι για το ζωάκι του. We took our bud (2.5 month old kitten) to the clinic as she vomited, had diarrhea and was hypotonic. The girl who worked (I think her name was Stella) was very kind and explained to us what she thought would be right to do and what in her opinion were the necessary exams. We did all the tests and the little girl was diagnosed with giardia and due to her age they told us and other doctors that I talked to that she had to be treated. It was close to 2 hours before we did the exams and made the decision to leave that we were there and the girl did not show for a moment a trace of dissatisfaction or that we were tired etc instead told us to take our time and not to worry. The place where we put it and the cage was spotless! The bump was hospitalized for 4-5 days and we got on the phone every day to see how it goes from 3 to 4 times regardless of time. Everyone who worked was very kind and encouraged us to take as many times as we wanted and stressed that we do not bother them at all. In fact, one day I was told that the little one was crying and when they hugged and caressed her she calmed down, something that made me very happy and they showed me how much they care and love animals. They did not charge us more than we should have, nor did we do unnecessary examinations. When we got her they gave us her treatment as she needed to take antibiotics, another medicine and a special food. Even when we took her home and had any questions everyone was willing to help us and answer our questions. We took her after about 1.5 weeks for a review which was free and we did the necessary check. Now our bud is fine and growing thanks to the excellent work that everyone did! I want to say a big thank you to everyone individually and I will definitely recommend this particular veterinary center to anyone who needs something for their pet.

Not only has she taken great care of my dogs health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care. She was next to us during a very demanding opperation . I higly reccomend this place.
