★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σημαντικό αρχιτεκτονικά κι ενδιαφέρον κτίριο στο κέντρο της πόλης, με κάποια ιστορία. Κατασκευαστής του φέρεται να είναι ο εβραίος Αβραάμ Μπενσουσάν, καπνέμπορος από την Καβάλα, και η οικοδόμησή του άρχισε το 1929, σε οικόπεδο του Μουσών Αβραάμ. Αρχιτέκτονας του κτιρίου είναι ο Μακ Ρουμπέν από την Κωνσταντινούπολη.
Οι εργολάβοι του κτίσματος ήταν Λαρισαίοι και για τη θεμελίωση χρησιμοποιήθηκε παχύ οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα, γι’ αυτό και άντεξε στους σεισμούς που μεσολάβησαν μέχρι σήμερα. Για το υπόγειο και το ισόγειο χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως δομικό υλικό η πέτρα, ενώ ο όροφος οικοδομήθηκε με τούβλα.
Γερμανούς, για να στεγάσει διάφορες στρατιωτικές υπηρεσίες. Μεταπολεμικά το νοίκιασε ο Δήμος για να στεγάσει τις υπηρεσίες του.
Το 1987 κρίθηκε από το υπουργείο πολιτισμού διατηρητέο.
 Architecturally important and interesting building in the city center, with some history. Its builder is said to be the Jew Abraham Bensousan, a tobacco merchant from Kavala, and its construction began in 1929, on a plot of land of the Musa Abraham. The architect of the building is Mac Ruben from Istanbul.
The contractors of the building were from Larissa and thick reinforced concrete was used for the foundation, which is why it withstood the earthquakes that have occurred until today. For the basement and the ground floor, stone was used as a building material, while the floor was built with bricks.
Germans, to house various military services. After the war, the Municipality rented it to house its services.
In 1987 it was declared protected by the Ministry of Culture.
