R	Rosie Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. There’s a lovely sociable yet relaxed atmosphere, lots of outside space. The facilities are 5*, very modern & staff are super friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, we stayed twice, once in a private room and then a dorm (we liked it so much we returned!). The coffee & fresh juices are delicious and reasonably priced. The staff gave us plenty of advice on where to visit and how best to travel, offered parasols & towels to use at the beach free of charge. Highly recommended and we also stayed at the cocoon city hostel so the review is objective and honest.
J	Joe Hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and really helpful staff, couldn’t ask for better advice, help and banter. The rooms are really well set up with your locker able to fit in your whole backpack easily (trust me I overpacked). Each bed has its own blind so you aren’t waken by others going/coming in the evening/morning. Bathrooms where always clean and the showers were really good. The bar was also super cheap and a great place to socialise with others at the hostel. Honestly can’t barely this place wouldn’t go anywhere else if I came back, everything works and just makes sense. Only improvement I would say is potentially putting another fridge or fridge freezer in the kitchen as the fridge can get quite full and there is not a freezer.
P	Pedro Vono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best hostel in Crete! Friendly/sweet staff, owners are all the time around making sure you get all you need. Clean rooms, comfy beds, cheap drinks (beer for 1,50 EUR), tasty sandwiches. Can’t wait to come back!

Only downside of the stay were the bathrooms, they are not divided by gender and the showers are way too little considering you must take everything with you. But that would be the only thing to improve, the hotel is beautiful and you will have for sure a great time here!
C	Can on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful hostel! Clean rooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, bright and spacious common area. The girls at the reception are extremely helpful, they give me all the information I need about sightseeing and transportation. The hostel owner is very kind. On my stay, someone abandoned a cat in front of the hostel. The poor thing has broken legs. The owner kindly bought food and medicine for the cat. Hope it recovers soon!

I was expecting a hostel but it’s not a hostel! It’s a really nice boutique hotel with minimal decoration and amazing amenities! I’d definitely visit it again! Thank you
