★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα κουρτίνες οι οποίες δεν ήτανε καλά ραμμένες, σε κάποια σημεία ακουμπούσαν το πάτωμα σε κάποια όχι. Τις πήγα πίσω να τις διορθώσουν διότι θεώρησα ότι δεν ήταν μετρημένες σωστά. Η απάντηση του επαγγελματία ήταν εξής: φταίει το πάτωμα. Προσπάθησα να εξηγήσω πολλές φορές ότι δοκίμασα τις κουρτίνες σε διάφορα παράθυρα του σπιτιού για να βεβαιωθώ ότι δεν φταίει το πάτωμα. Λάμβανα πάντα την ίδια απάντηση: φταίει το πάτωμα όλου του σπιτιού! Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες μετρήματος και έντονο διάλογο όντως συμφωνήσαμε ότι υπάρχει διαφορά στο μήκος των κουρτινών. Η απάντηση του επαγγελματία: φταίει το τόπι και η ίδια δε φέρει καμία ευθύνη μιας και είναι πάντα άψογη στη δουλειά της. Καμία συγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία του πελάτη. Πραγματικά μετάνιωσα που τους διάλλεξα και αγόρασα τις κουρτίνες από το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί.
I bought curtains that were not well sewn, at some points they touched the floor on some not. I went back to fix them because I thought they were not measured correctly. The professional's answer: it blames the place and she has no responsibility as she is always flawless in her work. No apologies for the inconvenience of the customer. I really felt sorry for them and I bought the curtains from that store.
