Προέβη στην αγορά ενός σετ Nima Cortes σε καταπληκτικά χρώματα, πολύ ποιοτικό σε πολύ καλή τιμή, δυστυχώς δεν είχε και το αντίστοιχο σετ σεντόνια! Εξαιρετικός και ο τεχνικός ο Θοδωρής στην τοποθέτηση της καμπίνας. Πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. In a time of pandemic, they served us directly through their excellent online page and in less than a week, they cut (to the special measures we wanted) and installed the bathroom cabin. A	Adamantia Boulioglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση....βασικά ΜΗΔΕΝΙΚΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ. Εχω κάνει μια παραγγελία απο 23/12/2020 και η παραγγελία μου ΑΚΟΜΑ ΝΑ ΦΥΓΕΙ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ. Μετα απο δικη μου επικοινωνία με το καταστημα ο υπεύθυνος μου είπε οτι περιμενουν ενα απο τα προιοντα που παρελαβα να το παραλάβουν (στο site ελεγε διαθέσιμο...) και οτι θα με καλούσαν σε 2 ημέρες μετα την κλήση μου να με ενημερώσουν. Πέρασε μια εβδομάδα και δεν με κάλεσε κανείς. Ξανακάλεσα και με κοροιδεύουν οτι εχουν προβλημα με τις μεταφορικές, οτι λείπει ο υπεύθυνος κτλ κτλ. Εχει γινει καραμέλα σε όλους τωρα το πρόβλημα με τα courier. Και εμείς εχουμε ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα και όλες οι παραγγελίες φεύγουν κανονικότατα χωρίς πρόβλημα...και καθυστερήσεις υπάρχουν στις παραδόσεις όχι στο να φυγουν απο το καταστημα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ...ΜΗΔΕΝ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ Όποιος θέλει να λέει οτι έχει ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα θα πρέπει να εχει και την αντίστοιχη αντιμετώπιση στα θέματα εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη, έγκαιρης ενημέρωσης του, σωστη καταγραφή του stock. Εννοείται ακύρωσα την παραγγελία....μετά απο 20 ημέρες...Απο Αμερική να είχα παραγγείλει κάτι...θα είχε έρθει 3 φορές. Unacceptable service .... basically ZERO SERVICE. I have placed an order since 23/12/2020 and my order is STILL LEAVING THE STORE. After my own communication with the store, the person in charge told me that they are waiting for one of the products I received to receive it (it was available on the site ...) and that they would call me in 2 days after my call to inform me. A week passed and no one called me. I called again and they make fun of me that they have a problem with the transport, that the person in charge is missing, etc. etc. The problem with the couriers has become a candy to everyone now. We also have an online store and all orders leave normally without a problem ... and there are delays in deliveries not in leaving the store. UNACCEPTABLE ... ZERO SERVICE Anyone who wants to say that he has an online store should have the appropriate treatment in matters of customer service, timely information, proper stock registration. Of course I canceled the order .... after 20 days ... If I had ordered something from America ... it would have come 3 times.
