★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μένω στην Γλυφάδα αλλά έχω ψωνίσει αρκετές φορές από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Μέχρι σήμερα όλα καλά.
Στην τελευταία μου επίσκεψη μου δόθηκε λάθος προϊόν και όταν τηλεφώνησα να τους ενημερώσω και να δω αν έχουν το σωστό διαθέσιμο (επαναλαμβάνω δεν μένω στην περιοχή και δεν μου είναι εύκολη η πρόσβαση) δεν είχαν την διάθεση να το ελέγξουν ώστε και εγώ να δω πως και πότε θα πάω για να το αλλάξω.
ΕΙΧΑΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΆ. Δεν μπορούσαν να ελέγξουν ένα είδος στο Η/Ύ για να δουν την διαθεσιμότητα. Ακουγόταν και 2η φωνή που έλεγε κλείσε το τηλέφωνο.
Να σας ενημερώσω ότι η εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη δεν σταματά όταν ο πελάτης πληρώσει. Είναι ένα σύνολο.
Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά.
I do not live in Glyfada but I have shopped several times from this store. So far so good.
On my last visit I was given the wrong product and when I called to let them know and see if they had the right one available (I repeat I do not live in the area and I do not have easy access) they were not in the mood to check it so I could see how and when will i go to change it.
THEY HAD A JOB. They could not check one type on the PC to see the availability. There was a second voice saying he hung up the phone.
Let me inform you that customer service does not stop when the customer pays. It's a whole.
I am truly sorry.
