★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the good shops for cosmetics with variety of good brands , but the service of the staff was so awful, because I waited for 10 minutes beside each brand but nobody came to me and I didn’t find something that I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local Sephora. I usually go to do my eyebrows at the Benefit brow bar. I love both Alexandra and Christina. Both are lovely to chat to, and will transform your eyebrows.
Other than Benefit, I also often buy makeup and other beauty stuff. I love that they have brands you can't find anywhere else (Too Faced, Benefit, Makeup Forever,Nars, Bumble and Bumble.)
As for the Sephora makeup, I love their lipsticks and pencil eyeliner. Recommend.

For me to decide what to take when it comes to perfume) and a girl working there Named Marina was so helpful that she managed to find me exactly what i wanted in 6 minutes. Usually It takes me an hour to decide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't let me in the store with my dog and didn't even have the decency to be polite about it. I was too disappointed by that fact and their manners (the security guard thought it was a great idea to make hand gestures instead of explaining it to me via speech), I really didn't expect for a company like Sephora in the year 2020 to have these kind of regulations. In the past they had given access to me and my dog, I don't know if this is a step back or just poor staff training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support ever. Every time I go there, all the girls gossip and even when they see you need help they act indifferently. Most of the times, they know nothing about the products and they're very rude. Last time I was there I asked to see the manager; she was inexperienced, and she didn't know what to say.
