★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα βαφη μαλλιών από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία..όχι από αυτό το μαγαζί αλλά και παλι..νούμερο 7.4..υποτίθεται έπρεπε να βγει ξανθό σκούρο χάλκινο..στο χρωματολογιο ήταν αυτό που ήθελα..τα μαλλια μου καιρό τώρα βαμμένα με αυτή την απόχρωση..το χρώμα βγήκε κοκκινο και μάλιστα μπορντώ!!!! Τι να πω!! Πραγματικά τραγικο!!!!!! Απαραδεκτο!! Χάλασε το χρώμα των μαλλιών μου!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ kyana!
I got hair dye from this company..not from this store but again..number 7.4..supposedly it had to come out blonde dark bronze..it was the color chart I wanted..my hair has long been dyed with this shade ..the color came out red and in fact burgundy !!!! What to say!! Really tragic !!!!!! Unacceptable !! Spoiled my hair color !! Thanks a lot kyana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αδερφή μου αγόρασε μια βαφή συγκεκριμένα την 106 της kyana η οποία αναγράφει χρώμα κόκκινο. Συμβουλευτικε την κυρία στο κατάστημα για την συγκεκριμένη βαφή η οποια ήταν ειρωνική και αγενείς. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ολέθρια αποτυχία ροζ με πορτοκάλι η βάση του μαλλιού της ήταν ήδη ξεθωριασμένο κόκκινο και η βαφή κατάφερε να το κάνει πορτοκάλι. Δεν ξέρω αν ευθύνεται το προϊόν ή η κυρία που εδωσε 9αρι οξυζενέ και λάθος βαφή για το αποτέλεσμα αυτού. Πάντως ήταν η πρώτη και η τελευταία φορά που πήρα κάτι από το κατάστημα αλλά και από την εταιρεία αυτή ότι χειρότερο.
My sister bought a dye specifically kyana 106 which says red. He advised the lady in the store about this particular paint which was ironic and rude. The result was a disastrous failure pink with orange the base of her hair was already faded red and the dye managed to make it orange. I do not know if the product is responsible or the lady who gave 9pm oxygen and wrong dye for the result. However, it was the first and last time I got something from the store but also from this company that worse.
