You have to pay 5€/day for the air conditioning.
Bring your own towels with you because our were horrible dirty like the rest of our room and the pool.
We found also dirty cutlery under the furniture.
Never again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and service. All the rooms very clean (and the cleaner is always so happy!).
The pool is beautiful and never crowded, but if you fancy a day at the beach it's only a 10 minute walk away.
There are also 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and you have all the equipment to cook your own meals in the room, if you choose.
Restaraunt next door is also incredible.
Very relaxing experience and look forward to staying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second stay for a week at kyprianos, we haven’t been back to zakynthos until there was availability! The grounds are stunning, the pool perfect size and always clean, and it never seems too busy for the amount of people who can be accommodated. Restuarant attached is beautiful and it’s only a 5 minute walk from the seafront where all the other restaurants are. Parking available easily. The apartment itself is quite simple but has everything you need, lovely views from balcony and cleaned everyday. You are checked in by kyprianos himself who then leaves you to it, which is what we like! Bar by the pool open during the day as well. Finally, cannot beat the price for what you get for this beautiful area! Most relaxing holiday ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place (Pool, Bar and Garden Area) itself is very nice and lovely.
There is a tiny kitchen but no cleaning utensils, no Salt and Pepper.
The Bathroom light does not work properly, the Bed is really hard for someone with curves, and if you are a light sleeper you will be awake from 6am due to the cleaning team.
The room itself is affordable and with a view of the pool, it is small but clean and has a little balcony and an outside table & chairs(without a clothing line or such things though).
Sadly the bar opens sometime around midday, so if you want coffee at the pool, you won't have it in the morning :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience in zakunthos. Clean rooms , nice bar with pool , perfect greek hospitality , wifi everywhere . Cocktails near the pool was the highlight for me .nice breakfast with lots of choises. Kyprianos was so polite and welcoming . Definitely coming back

Realized today that we never gave a review here on Google for our visit 4,5 years ago, but, the reason we were talking about it was because this is among the best places you can ever stay.
Family owned, cozy atmosphere, great food in the family restaurant next door, GREAT hospitality, amazing customer service, personal. Really close to the beach and small town(few minutes walk).
AC costs extra, but it's only a few euros extra and it's amazing.
While we were here, there was a British family who mentioned that they come here every year - which is completely understandable.
Looking forward to the next time we'll be here. Cause we will.
