e	elen math on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ κάλεσα την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία Τρίτη για παραλαβή τέντας. μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού για Παρασκευή απόγευμα. αφού κράτησαν τα στοιχεία μου. Την Παρασκευή 7 το απόγευμα (και αφού δεν με είχε πάρει κανείς τηλέφωνο) κάλεσα να δω τι ώρα επιτέλους θα περάσουν. Μου είπαν στο τηλέφωνο ότι δεν είχαν σημειώσει κάποιο ραντεβού και με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα έρθουν το επόμενο πρωί (Σάββατο) μετά τις 11. Πέρασε το Σάββατο...τίποτα...πέρασε και η Δευτέρα...πάλι τίποτα...Πιθανόν να μην έχουν ανάγκη απο τα λίγα χρήματα που κοστίζει μια επισκευή τέντας (άσχετα αν η εταιρία τους ονομάζεται Τεντοεπισκευή). Το αποτέλεσμα...??? Τρίτη πρωί (σήμερα) κάλεσα άλλη εταιρία και σε λιγότερο απο 6 ώρες ήρθαν και παρέλαβαν την τέντα μου για επισκευή. Όσο για την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία αν είχε και μηδέν για βαθμολογία....αυτό θα έβαζα. Τέτοια αδιαφορία δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει. Μακριά .... I called this company on Tuesday to receive an awning. They told me on the phone that they had not made an appointment and informed me that they would come the next morning (Saturday) after 11. It was Saturday ... nothing ... Monday was over ... again nothing ... Probably they do not need the little money that a tent repair costs (regardless of whether their company is called Awning Repair). The result...??? Tuesday morning (today) I called another company and in less than 6 hours they came and received my tent for repair. As for the specific company, if it had zero for a rating ... I would put that. I have never encountered such indifference. Away ....
S	Stelios Hellas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πανί παραλήφθηκε για πλύσιμο και ράψιμο στις ραφές λόγο του ότι είχε ξηλωθεί μια. Να επισημάνω ότι ζήτησα και πλήρωσα το full πακέτο πλυσίματος με "ειδικά χημικά" ώστε φύγουνε οι μύκητες. Όχι μόνο το πανί επέστρεψε πλημένο απλά (είχαν αφαιρεθεί μόνο σκόνες ενώ τα μαύρα στιγματακια δεν είχαν καν εξασθενήσει ) αλλά το πανί ήρθε με ένα άσχημο μπάλωμα μες την μέση σε σημείο που κατά την παραλαβή του απο το σπίτι μου δεν είχε το παραμικρό και προκλήθηκε προφανώς από αυτούς. Και το χειρότερο όλων η προσπάθεια του συνεργείου να με πείσει ότι έτσι ήταν αντι απλά να παραδεχθεί το λάθος τους. Δεν συνιστώ το εν λόγο κατάστημα για κανένα λόγο. The cloth was received for washing and sewing on the seams because one had been removed. Note that I requested and paid for the full wash package with "special chemicals" to get rid of the fungi. Not only did the cloth come back simply (dust had only been removed while the black spots hadn't even faded) but the cloth came with a bad patch in the middle to the point that when I picked it up from my house it didn't have the slightest thing and was obviously caused from them. And worst of all, the crew's attempt to convince me that this was the case was simply to admit their mistake. I do not recommend this store for any reason.

M	Mαρία Δεληβοριά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν δύο ημέρες έκλεισα ραντεβού με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία για να έρθει κάποιος σήμερα μεταξύ 10.00 -15.00. Ο "υπεύθυνος" που μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο, μου είπε ότι πριν έρθει, θα με καλούσε για να με ενημερώσει σχετικά με την ακριβή ώρα άφιξής του. Άλλαξα το πρόγραμμα της δουλειάς μου, προκειμένου να είμαι σπίτι τις συγκεκριμένες ώρες. Δεν είχα κάποιο τηλεφώνημά του μέχρι και λίγο πριν τις 15.00, οπότε τον κάλεσα εγώ για να μάθω, τι ώρα θα ερχόταν επιτέλους. Σε πρώτη φάση, δεν θυμόταν καν το ραντεβού και όταν κατάλαβε ποια περίπτωση είμαι (αφού έπρεπε να του εξηγήσω), δεν ζήτησε καν συγνώμη, δικαιολογήθηκε ότι είχε μια δύσκολη μέρα... και πως οι δρόμοι έχουν πολλή κίνηση.... Όταν του είπα ότι τουλάχιστον, θα μπορούσε να με ενημερώσει ότι δεν θα ερχόταν, (μιας και έχασα αρκετό χρόνο για να τον περιμένω), μου απάντησε ότι το πρόγραμμα του είναι πολύ φορτωμένο... Κλείσαμε ραντεβού για την επόμενη 11.00 - 13.00, όπου μου ζήτησε να τον πάρω (πάλι) τηλ. στις 11.00 για να συνεννοηθούμε ξανά για την ώρα... Μετά το τηλεφώνημα, μπαίνοντας εδώ στα σχόλια, να δω τι κριτικές έχει από άλλους πελάτες, είδα ότι ήδη άλλα δύο άτομα, είχαν την ίδια εμπειρία με εμένα. Ασυνέπεια και έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Δεδομένου αυτού, συν το ότι σε κάποιο σχόλιο έγινε αναφορά και για την χαμηλή ποιότητα της δουλειάς του, προτίμησα να κλείσω με άλλη εταιρεία. Όταν τον κάλεσα για να ακυρώσω το ραντεβού και να τον ενημερώσω ότι έκλεισα με άλλον, αυτό για κάποιο λόγο του φάνηκε αστείο... Ο άνθρωπος το ΄χει πάει σε άλλο επίπεδο, έχει φιλοσοφήσει την ζωή του... χάνει πελάτες και διασκεδάζει με αυτό... Αξιοθαύμαστο πραγματικά... Ωστόσο επειδή το θέμα μας είναι η επισκευή της τέντας, συστήνω. να. απευθυνθείτε σε κάποιον επαγγελματία του χώρου (με όλη την σημασία της λέξης). Update: Η απάντηση μου, προς το μήνυμα του ιδιοκτήτη : Δεν ζητήσατε ποτέ συγνώμη. Απαντούσατε σαν να μην έγινε και κάτι που στήσατε έναν άνθρωπο. Σαν να ήταν κάτι φυσικό. Προφανώς για εσάς, μάλλον αυτό είναι το φυσικό.... Να στήνετε... Φροντίζετε λέτε, να επιβαρύνετε όσο γίνεται λιγότερο το πρόγραμμα του πελάτη. Πώς ακριβώς τo κάνετε αυτό; Στήνοντάς τον; Λέτε πως λυπάστε πραγματικά όταν δημιουργείτε αναστάτωση στο πελάτη σας... Κάθε άλλο παρά λύπη, φάνηκε κατά την επικοινωνία μας. Τώρα αν εσείς όταν λυπάστε, χασκογελάτε με ειρωνία προς τον πελάτη , μάλλον θα πρέπει να το κοιτάξετε... Στις 15 Ιαν, εχω καταχωρημενες 6 κλησεις απο το κινητο μου προς το δικο σας κινητο. Καταφερα να σας βρω στην 6η κληση, στις 4.
