★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικά καλή η Αναστασία που έχω συμμετάσχει στα μαθήματά της και ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος. Έχει group διαφορετικών δυσκολιών και όλα είναι απολαυστικά. Instructor Anastasia is excellent and pleasant, the facilities are truly super clean. You can find groups of different levels of difficulty and experience, and you will always feel delighted at the end of the class.
Definitely recommended!!
Extremely good Anastasia that I have participated in her classes and the space is spotless. It has a group of different difficulties and everything is enjoyable. Instructor Anastasia is excellent and pleasant, the facilities are truly super clean. You can find groups of different levels of difficulty and experience, and you will always feel delighted at the end of the class.
Definitely recommended !!

Τα προγράμματα αποκατάστασης ειδικότερα, βοηθούν πολύ την σπονδυλική στήλη, αυχενα, μέση.!!
Επίσης τα προγράμματα ενδυνάμωσης σου δίνουν ενέργεια και ευεξία.!!
Πέντε χρόνια τώρα εμπλουτίζει και βελτιώνει τα προγράμματα συνεχώς!!
