★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here a few times. Assistance not friendly at all. Also what bothers me mostly, is the warranty. They do no provided any. Only from the manufacturer. So there is no point to buy anything from them. Its cheaper from smaller shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ι would not suggest even to my worst enemy to shop with this company. I have purchased a product which they didn't even knew if it was new or used, after a lot of hustle with the store, they found the product, charged the whole amount on my credit card instead of instalments with the cherry on top being that the product was DOA.
Till this day they are still having me on wait, giving me false information that pickup was available in the store when it wasn't, as well now i have found out they have charged 2 instalments (2 times the same product) and 1 whole amount on my credit card.
This company is incompetent, not responsible, does not value their customers and as well straight up disrespectful.
First and last purchase with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised receipt cannot be printed . Careful, do not accept an electronic receipt ! It’s all a disaster, and if you call customer service for help, you have to wait more than 15 minutes! I paid nearly €2000 and that the lousy service I’m getting !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly enough staff, overall Kotsovolos is a good store but this particular branch is quite dated and it shows. It advertises that it has parking but that doesn't seem to be the case. Better go across the street to Media Markt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been there to buy a refrigerator. The first negative point is that this place is understaffed and we had to wait to get some information, but this is something that can happen in big shops like this in Greece. The second negative thing was that, we decided to buy a fridge and asked if we can have it the next day. They said that we can, so we order it, and went from one floor to the other to pay and give our address for delivery. At the cashier they informed us that they can’t deliver it the next day, and it can happen after 4 days. After going up and down a few times, in the end it was decided that there wouldn’t be any delivery next day, which made our overall experience negative.
