Μπράβο παιδιά για τα ζυμαρια και την σάλτσα. Να σημειωθεί ότι έχω και μια τρέλα με την πίτσα και προσπαθώ χρόνια να βρω μια συνταγή για να φτιάχνω σπιτικό ζυμάρι και να είναι τόσο ωραίο και σωστό. Και πάλι μπράβο. We got two pizzas on Sunday 9/5/21, one with fluff and one with thin dough. I am 27 years old and I think I ate the best pizza of my life. Well done guys for the pasta and sauce. Note that I also have a craze for pizza and I have been trying for years to find a recipe to make homemade dough and it is so nice and right. Well done again.
G	George Melas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική πίτσα σε ξυλόφουρνο. Καμία σχέση με τις υπόλοιπες. Η γεύση και η υφή της πίτσας είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Η ζύμη είναι όπως ακριβώς πρέπει (λεπτή και στην αρχή της τραγανή αλλά μαλακή στο εσωτερικό) η σάλτσα εξαιρετική , δεν είναι η πίτσα που σου αφήνει την αίσθηση της λαδιλας (είχα παραγγείλει σπέσιαλ που είχε πολύ πράγμα κ ολας) , τα υλικά φρέσκα και αρκετά ! Η τιμή της για τη ποιότητα της, κατ’εμε, είναι χαμηλή (υψηλή ποιότητα χαμηλη τιμή δηλαδή) τη προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για τους περίεργους της πίτσας ! Δεν ειμαι συχνά Ελλάδα διότι σχεδόν το μισό χρόνο βρίσκομαι νέα Υόρκη, οπότε έχω γίνει απαιτητικός στο θέμα της πίτσας διότι ως γνωστόν η νέα Υόρκη έχει τις καλύτερες πίτσες παγκοσμίως. Με κάνατε πελάτη σας ! Excellent pizza in a wood oven. Nothing to do with the rest. The taste and texture of the pizza is really great. The dough is just right (thin and crispy at first but soft on the inside) the sauce is excellent, it is not the pizza that leaves you feeling oily (I had ordered a special that had a lot of everything), the ingredients are fresh and quite ! Its price for its quality, in our opinion, is low (high quality, low price, that is) I highly recommend it for the strangers of pizza! I am not often in Greece because I have been in New York for almost half a year, so I have become demanding in the matter of pizza because as you know, New York has the best pizzas in the world. You made me your customer!
