A bit of ambiguity there which costs la pasteria foreign customers. They should be more flexible and more informed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the first time that I went to this specific store of the chain. To be honest I didn't really like the pesto which typically on la pasteria was one of my favorite dishes. Also the pizza a simple margherita did not have enough cheese. The service was good and the environment was clean. Maybe it was the day dunno.

we ordered three plates and they had not brought us bread. I asked for it and they charged us 1.90 each for a breadbox with 5 tiny loaves. we paid 56.40 for the food and 9.50 for the bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly let me talk about customer service which was awful and unprofessional. It was like they didn't want to service customers. They seemed irritated by the fact that we wanted to pay cash and we needed change, but they also didn't want to pay by card individually. Secondly the toilets were dirty and bad. -2 stars. ? But, the food was decent and that gets them a star.
