Rooms are comfortable, have terraces where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning and good coffee (of course made isolated;)) Small toilet and unfortunately no shower cabin is a big minus. It gives 4 stars and I sincerely recommend it. It's a pleasant and quiet place to stay away from the big noisy cities ?to the beach 10 min walk as to the center

The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​Paralia although this is just a big plus, while the beach, sea and center are close, approx. 10 minutes walk. The hotel has air-conditioned rooms for an additional fee of 5 euros per night. The hotel has a ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Each room has its own balcony. The rooms are clean and aesthetic. There is a supermarket near the hotel.

THE OWNER, WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, CAME TO THE ROOM FOR US !!! I VERY NOT RECOMMEND! Owner -TRAGEDIA. He has a grudge against literally everything. Every movement is WATCHED on cameras. You cannot sit down with friends on the balcony in peace, because it scares the police. There is NO POWER when you leave the room. Wifi doesn't work with more people on the line. These are the first 2 days of your stay. Only the resident lady from the travel agency and the owner's daughter are trying to do something to make our stay pleasant.

The attic rooms are a tragedy, no possibility of airing out. Air conditioning should be for free or for a nominal amount. Besides, when you leave the room you take the key and there is no electricity. The rest - OK

I give two stars because the only complaints I have are towards the owner of the hotel. An elderly gentleman with great aversion to young people. During the check-in (we did not even have time to bring all the suitcases), we had already received information that he would have to talk to us because the young people were making noise etc., even though he had not met us yet and our group was in the 23-26 age group, so he did not have to dealing with teenagers, and with adult people. Generally, for most of the trip we were banned by him for nothing, because we were practically absent from the hotel all day, and if we stayed on the balcony in the evening, it was in accordance with the guidelines for the night hours. We didn't play music, we didn't even talk loudly, and at times we were afraid to do anything because we knew he would stick to us. The fact that he entered our room without our consent and knowledge, and checked our movements on cameras or that we do not go back and forth too often around the hotel, is an abstraction for me. By the way, I would like to mention that as a group of several people, we were supposed to be initially in the next rooms, but we were separated into the ground floor and the second floor, and it is logical that we will visit each other in our rooms because we were on this vacation together. We learned about all the "problems" related to us from the female resident, who was the only one who helped us in all this to make our holiday more pleasant, was 10/10 and I recommend everyone to have such a resident. I understand that maybe some trips ahead of us did something that made the owner have this attitude, but it does not justify him at all. We paid for a vacation at his hotel, wanted to rest, not stress every day and get criticism for things we didn't do. Besides, very clean, the building and rooms are very nice.
