Villa Morfeas - Παραλία Καλλιθέας

Wonderful place! A little away from the main cluster of hotels, so it was very calm and quiet. Ideal for families. To the sea on a direct road for about 7 minutes, there are plenty of places on the sand! Nearby there are cafes and deck chairs. In the villa itself, on the other hand, there is a supermarket, open until late, where you can buy both food and souvenirs or beach products. I highly recommend staying here, we are delighted!

We rested in this apartment for 5 days. Clean, calm and quiet. You can sleep! The beds are comfortable for those who like hard mattresses. The balcony in the three-dimensional room is angular, large (15 steps), on the balcony there is a table and three chairs, a clothesline. The room has a mini kitchen, but no pans. There is a kettle, dishes, stove, saucepan, turk. The water pressure is good, hot water flows for a long time. Cleaning and change of towels every 4 days. The hostess Anna, who is downstairs all day in the store, offers a hairdryer and other necessities. We turned to Anna with various requests, all were satisfied. They even extended our stay for free due to a late departure (in general, this is a paid service). You can buy everything you need in the store. In front of the hotel there is an awning and a table with benches. Bicycles are standing (apparently you can rent). You can have breakfast in a neighboring hotel, there are also some show programs. To the sea 5 minutes walk, to the center of the village 10-15. There are algae in the sea, but they can be bypassed or stepped over, then the water is clean, transparent, shallow for a long time. The village itself is modest, but everything you need is there (taverns, cafes, shops, children's entertainment on the water). Sun loungers and umbrellas are usually free with the purchase of drinks. There is a church in the village. Tour desk (not sure about the language of the guides). But there are no car rentals, you can use the rental from Katerini (you can get the price list from the tour operator or at the hotel, they will also help to call an employee). The excursion was taken from muzenidis with a Russian guide. All liked it.

I can recommend the place to families with small children. The hotel is located a little on the outskirts, and it is great for family holidays - there are no noisy crowds like in the center of the village. But sometimes companies gather around and on the third floor there is a very strong echo. The room itself is too small for me, but everything is in good condition, neat. Cleaning every 4 days, woman Valentina, speaks good Russian and you can consult with her, for example, about the road. There is a shop downstairs, you can buy everything you need. They also have homemade olive oil and alcohol. The butter is delicious, we haven't tasted alcohol. There is a Lidl supermarket in the village, it is cheaper there, but walk 20 minutes in a straight line to the right from the intersection. There are also many fruit outlets that are cheaper than Lidl. Walk to the sea at a moderate pace for 10 minutes, the road is easy, smooth and the breeze blows pleasantly. The beach is wide, there is a fresh water shower with a good pressure. On weekends, the Greeks themselves come there. Sunset without stones, all sand, shallow for a long time. We got a couple of days with cool waves to jump after lunch, but mostly the sea is calm. There were algae and jellyfish, but this is very atypical for this place - as the tourists themselves said. The location in this area also has its advantages in excursion routes - everything is pretty close. And take a mosquito fumigator with you.
