Εψαχνα ενα δαχτυλιδι για δωρο κι εκατσε μαζι μου μεσω τηλεφωνου και μηνυματων για να βρουμε ακριβως την διαμετρο και το χρωμα που ηθελα για το δαχτυλιδι. Ευχαριστω πολυ! Awesome service from the owner. I was looking for a gift ring and he sat down with me via phone and text messages to find exactly the diameter and color I wanted for the ring. Thank you very much!

Συγκεκριμένα κρικάκι με σταυρό όπου στην πρώτη χρήση ανοίγει/σπάει όπου ευτυχώς δεν το έχασα το κομμάτι. Το επιστρέφω στο κατάστημα για επισκευή. Η αρχική απάντηση ήταν "με ένα πενσάκι φτιάχνεται δεν είναι τίποτα θα μπορούσατε και εσείς"...(ΌΧΙ κυρία μου ήρθα για επισκευή και οφείλεις να φτιάχνεις τα ασημικά που μοσχοπουλάς) δεν θα μπώ στην διαδικασία έγω να το φτιάξω, εσείς πρέπει να τα φτιάχνεται πιο γερά...τα πήρε για να τα κολλήσει με λείζερ...στην παραλαβή μου ζήτησε 7€ για το λέιζερ κατί που σαφώς δεν είχε πεί εξ αρχής...Πρώτη μου φορά ζητάνε χρήματα για οτιδήποτε κ αν έχω αγοράσει στην ζωή μου και για το οποίο από την πρώτη χρήση μιας μέρας σπάει και οφείλει ο εκάστοτε επαγγελματίας να αντικαταστήσει χωρίς να επιβαρρύνει επιπλέον τον καταναλωτή...Εξεπλάγην, αλλά παρ όλα αυτά από το Σόκ της γυφτιάς της ιδιοκτήτριας της τα δίνω γιατί προφανώς τα έχει ανάγκη να πιεί μια γκαζόζα στην Μύκονο........(στο μεταξύ έπαιζε θέατρο και συμφωνούσε ότι όντως δεν είναι σωστό - ειρωνεία) η ιδιοκτήτρια λοιπόν Βένια Λαμπροπούλου - Συγχαρητήρια! Unprofessional in its splendor! I have bought 1 pair of earrings & a single worth 90 € in total. Specific cross-link where the first use opens / breaks where fortunately I didn't miss the track. I return it to the store for repair. The original answer was "with a pin made it's nothing you could do" ... (NO my lady came for repair and you have to make the silverware you are making) I will not go into the process of making it, you have to made louder ... took them to stick with laser ... on receipt asked for 7 laser for something that clearly had not been said from the beginning ... My first time asking for money for anything even if I bought in life and for which the first use of one day breaks and the professional has to replace it without burdening the consumer ... The ring is gold plated - I wore it for two days, and the color started fading out. VERY BAD QUALITY. —————— Update: customer support was very good and I had my ring replaced!
