★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλά προϊόντα σε καλές τιμές αλλά οι υπάλληλοι απλά διώχνουν τους πελάτες λέγοντας ψέμματα και μη ενημερώνοντας ποτέ και για τίποτα.
Good products at good prices but the employees just drive the customers away lying and never informing about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινώνησα πρώτα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους να ρωτήσω εάν υπάρχει το προϊόν που ψάχνω γιατί ήθελα κάτι πολύ συγκεκριμένο. Κάνω την περιγραφή, βάζω τις προδιαγραφές που θέλω για το προϊόν και η υπάλληλος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι σίγουρα θα βρούμε κάτι!!!!!! Προχωρώ στα προβλεπόμενα από το νόμο λόγω covid. Το αποτέλεσμα??? πάω στο κατάστημα και τελικά βρίσκω σαγιονάρες, πέδιλα, ξοφτερνα και οτιδήποτε άλλο εκτός αυτό που έψαχνα!!!! Απλά με κορόιδευσαν. Απαράδεκτες οι υπάλληλοι!!!!
Σεβασμός σ τον πελάτη κανένας!!!!
I first contacted them by phone to ask if there is the product I am looking for because I wanted something very specific. I make the description, I put the specifications I want for the product and the employee assured me that we will definitely find something !!!!!! I proceed to the provisions of the law due to covid. The result??? I go to the store and finally find flip flops, sandals, heels and anything other than what I was looking for !!!! They just made fun of me. Employees are unacceptable !!!!
Respect for the customer no one !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good luck returnig anything you've bought from them, because they charge you extra, around 5€ if you don't buy anything else. In practice, if you buy something that costs 80€ and return it, without buying anything else, the will credit you with 75€.
