A	Angelina K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το κινητό μου για αλλαγή οθόνης αρχές Ιουλίου μου έβαλαν μια οθόνη η οποία κολλούσε πήγα μου έβαλαν και άλλη που κολλούσε Οταν πήγα τριτη φορά για να μου την αλλάξουν μου είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να παραγγείλω την οθόνη μέσω τηλεφώνου και θα είναι την επόμενη μέρα στο μαγαζί, τελικά πέρασα και μου είπαν ότι δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο γιατί δεν τη βρίσκουν την οθόνη και ότι θα με καλέσουν. Είναι 1η Σεπτεμβρίου έχω περασει 3 φόρες να ρωτήσω και έχω πάρει 2 φορές τηλέφωνο και ακόμα περιμένουν την οθόνη να ρθει Απαράδεκτοι I went to my cell phone to change the screen at the beginning of July, they put a screen that stuck, I went, they put another one that stuck When I went the third time to change it I was told that I would have to order the screen over the phone and it will be in the store the next day, I finally went and they told me that this is not the case because they do not find the screen and that they will call me . D	Dimos dimoobis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη και αγενεστατη συμπεριφορα και αντιεπαγγελματικη αντιμετωπιση. Δεν εφεραν ποτε την παραγγελια και με εβρισαν κιολας! Παρηγγειλα τηλεφωνικως ανταλλακτικο για κινητο (οπου χωρις αυτο δεν λειτουργουσε-ειχα μεινει χωρις κινητο) το οποιο θα ερχοταν την επομενη το μεσημερι. Δεν μου τηλεφωνησαν ποτε σχετικα κι ετσι το απογευμα πηρα εγω. Θα το κοιταζανε ειπαν και θα με παιρνανε, πραγμα το οποιο δεν εγινε ξανα ποτε! Ετσι πηγα εγω απο 'κει και συνειδητοποιησα πως η παραγγελια ουδεποτε ειχε δοθει απο τον ανευθυνο υπαλληλο, το ανταλλακτικο συνεπως δεν υπηρχε για να γινει η επισκευη, εγω ημουν ακομη χωρις κινητο και εν τελει εμαθα πως δεν υπηρχε καν το ανταλλακτικο και δεν θα το ξαναεφερναν αρα ειχα χασει τον χρονο μου αδικως βασιζομενος πανω τους και εξακολουθωντας να μενω χωρις κινητο εξ' αιτιας τους. Ουδεποτε κανεις απολογηθηκε, ποτε δεν ζητησαν συγγνωμη για το απαραδεκτο λαθος τους και στο τελος με εβρισαν κιολας μεσα στο καταστημα ενωπιον αλλων πελατων. Απαραδεκτη, θλιβερη και εξοργιστικη συμπεριφορα κι αντιμετωπιση. Αισχος!! Τα 1 αστερια τους ειναι πολλα Unacceptable and rude behavior and unprofessional treatment. They never brought the order and they even found me! I ordered a spare part for a mobile phone (where it did not work without it - I was left without a mobile phone) which would come the next afternoon. They never called me about it and so in the afternoon I got it. They would look at it, they said, and they would take me, something that never happened again! So I went from there and realized that the order had never been given by the irresponsible employee, the spare part therefore did not exist to make the repair, I was still without a mobile phone and finally I learned that the spare part did not even exist and they would not do it again. so I had wasted my time unfairly relying on them and still being without a cell phone because of them. No one ever apologized, they never apologized for their unacceptable mistake and in the end they even found me in the store in front of other customers. Unacceptable, sad and outrageous behavior and treatment. Shame!! Their 1 stars are many

Όταν το παρέλαβα είχε αλλαχτεί και το πίσω μέρος του κινητού καθώς έσπασε κατά την διαδικασία σε άλλο χρώμα. Επιπλέον στο περίβλημα του κινητού, στις γωνίες υπήρχαν χτυπήματα. Ζήτησα κάποια μείωση τιμής λόγω των χτυπημάτων, δεν το δέχτηκαν με τίποτα. Συμφωνήσαμε στο ότι θα κοιτάξουν για ανταλλακτικό, και να περιμένω τηλέφωνο τους, αλλά δεν μου τηλεφώνησαν ποτέ. Επίσης, το βασικότερο η νέα οθόνη κολλούσε από την πρώτη μέρα. Απαράδεκτη ποιότητα. I went to the cell phone to change a broken screen. Απάντηση στον κάτοχο: Ούτε εγώ τα δέχομαι. Θα θυμάστε ότι εσείς οι ίδιοι με ρωτήσατε έχοντας βγάλει το μισό uv προστατευτικό σε δωμάτιο χωρίς την παρουσία μου, αν γνώριζα ότι υπήρχε ήδη σπάσιμο στην οθόνη. Το οποίο δεν γνώριζα όπως σας είπα. Το για ποιον λόγο με ρωτήσατε αν υπήρχε ήδη όπως και το γιατί δεν ζητήσατε αμοιβή αφού δεν προκαλέσατε εσείς το ράγισμα, παρότι ζήτησα η ίδια να πληρώσω για την εργασία σας το γνωρίζετε εσείς. Υπευθυνότητα θέλω. Όχι αλλαγή οθόνης από το κατάστημά σας, την οποία και δεν σας ζήτησα όπως θα θυμάστε (παρουσία μάρτυρα). Ούτε καν δωρεάν.
