J	John Sidiropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσήλθα σήμερα στο μαγαζί της Κηφισιάς , είχα δει ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια στο site , κάλεσα για να δω αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα και πήγα να τα πάρω για δώρο Αφού έψαχνα παντού το συγκεκριμένο ζευγάρι , ενώ εξηγούσα στην «πωλήτρια» τι ήθελα με κοιτούσε σαν παρακατιανό και τρομερή αγένεια , μάλλον επειδή είχα γυρίσει από το χόμπι μου και είχα λίγη σκόνη πάνω μου . Αποφάσισαν να μου μιλήσουν με ευγένεια όταν έβγαλα να πληρώσω και είδαν το Louis Vuitton πορτοφόλι μου . I came to the store in Kifissia today, I had seen a pair of shoes on the site, I called to see if there is availability and I went to get them as a gift. rudeness, probably because I had returned from my hobby and had a little dust on me. They decided to speak politely to me when I got out to pay and saw my Louis Vuitton wallet.
Α	Αθηνα Σαββοπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνανε λάθος χρέωση στο ποσό της αντικαταβολής.τους ενημέρωσα και αντί να αναλάβουν την ευθύνη αποδοσαν ευθύνες στην κούριερ για δηθεν στρογγυλοποίηση του ποσού σε βάρος του πελατη(!). Δυστυχώς πολύ χαμηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρετησης και μάλιστα σε γραπτή επικοινωνία είναι απαράδεκτο να μην είναι ευγενικοί . They made a mistake in the amount of cash on delivery. I informed them and instead of taking responsibility they attributed responsibilities to the courier for allegedly rounding the amount to the detriment of the customer (!). Unfortunately very low level of service and even in written communication it is unacceptable not to be polite.
M	Maria Chouthis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και εχω κανει πολλες αγορες κι ειναι πολυ ωραια ολα τα προϊοντα τους κι σε καλες τιμες, στην τελευταια αγορα μου ψωνισα 2 προϊοντα tommy για 2 φιλες μου. Ενω ζητησα 2 ξεχωριστες συσκευασιες δωρων στις παρατηρησεις τους, δεν υπηρχε πουθενα μεσα στο δεμα ουτε τσαντα ουτε καρτα αλλαγης ουτε κατι που να παραπεμπει σε δωρο... Παρα πολυ προχειρη αποστολη, απογοητευτηκα. Αναγκαζομαι να τα παω σκετα ως δωρο. Θα επρεπε να δινουν μεγαλυτερη βαση στις λεπτομερειες.. Κι αν δεν μπορουσαν να τα συσκευασουν ως δωρο, ας επικοινωνουσαν μαζι μου. Τα 2 αστερια μονο γι αυτο το λογο. Although I have made many purchases and all their products are very nice and at good prices, in my last purchase I bought 2 tommy products for 2 of my friends. While I asked for 2 separate gift packages in their comments, there was nowhere in the package nor a bag nor a change card nor anything that refers to a gift ... Very rough delivery, I was disappointed. I have to take them plainly as a gift. They should give more basis to the details .. And if they could not package them as a gift, let them contact me. The 2 stars only for this reason.
