Λένε θα σε καλέσουν και απλά περιμένεις. Έγγραφα που στέλνεις δεν παίρνουν αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου. Απαράδεκτοι! Generally this company is for closing. No customer service. 100 phones, they never call you, they do not solve your case. They say they will call you and you are just waiting. Documents you send do not get a protocol number. Unacceptable!

Η κυρία που μου απάντησε ήταν ευγενεστατη, με εξυπηρετησε άμεσα και με τον καλύτερο τρόπο! Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημενη από την elpedison καθώς είμαι ήδη πελάτης στο σπίτι μου στην Αθήνα. I had applied for a reconnection of electricity in a city outside Attica, the procedure had to be done immediately and I had to call the store in Kifissia to help me. The lady who answered me was very kind, she served me immediately and in the best way! I am very satisfied with elpedison as I am already a customer at my home in Athens.

Tο ρεύμα που κατανάλωσα για 24 ημέρες τον Σεπτέμβριο είναι 16 ευρώ και με χρέωσαν επιπλέον στο λογαριασμό αναπροσαρμογή χρέωσης προμήθειας 35,12 ευρώ και για τον μήνα Οκτώβριο το ρεύμα που κατανάλωσα είναι 22 ευρώ και με χρέωσαν επιπλέον στο λογαριασμό αναπροσαρμογή χρέωσης προμήθειας 80 ευρώ. Σε επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους που είπαν για την αύξηση του ρεύματος παγκοσμίως. Όταν κάναμε την συμφωνία ήξεραν πως θα υπάρχει η επιπλέον αύξηση αλλά δεν το ανέφεραν πουθενά και ούτε καν με ενημέρωσαν για το επιπλέον χαράτσι πριν εκδώσουν το λογαριασμό . Προσπαθούν μα πλάγιο τρόπο (το γράφω ευγενικά) να βρούνε πελάτες. Τους ενημέρωσα πως αν στον επόμενο λογαριασμό έχουν βάλει έστω και ευρώ παραπάνω αλλάζω πάροχο χωρίς καμία επικοινωνία μαζί τους. Μακριά από την elpedison. I have been a customer at elpedison since September 6, 2021. The electricity I consumed for 24 days in September is 16 euros and I was additionally charged in the account a charge charge adjustment of 35.12 euros and for the month of October the electricity I consumed is 22 euros and I was charged extra in the account a commission charge of 80 euros. In communication I had with them who said about the increase of electricity worldwide. When we made the deal they knew there would be an extra increase but they did not mention it anywhere and they did not even inform me about the extra hike before issuing the bill. They try in a sideways way (I write it politely) to find customers. I informed them that if in the next account they have put even more euros, I change provider without any communication with them. Away from elpedison.
