If I could, I' d rate this hotel with MINUS five stars! I' ve never seen so rude and disrespectable staff and owners in my life! What the hotel offers (apart from the pool) is what only the cheapest hotels offer. The prices were a sure kill, while another near hotel where we moved to was a bit cheaper, but by far more human. Also, they didn't tell us they would put us to another place (not in the central hotel with the pool) which is 300m away and we had to climb up on the stairs 50m above sea level without anybody to help with our luggage. That place had nobody behind the reception counter and we had to call every time we needed something, but most times they were unresponsive. When we asked to move us to another room, they made us wait for 1 hour and a half, only to tell us that they are very busy at the moment and if we like, we can go to another hotel (what we did of course, but we were lucky to find an available room).

We had made a reservation to stay at the hotel and we were unable to come to Milos due to ferry cancellations. However, when I tried to contact the hotel they had very bad customer service and even hung up on me several times. They would not give us a refund even though this was due to weather conditions and have very bad customer service. I would say nothing good about this hotel

We stayed for 5 days early in August 2019. Overall our experience was not what we expected for the 130€ that we payed per night and we would not recommend or visit again this hotel. There is no parking space as advertised, just the public street outside the hotel that doesn’t have enough space for all the guest’s cars. The breakfast was abysmal. It was very poor and they kept running out of many basic things like orange juice and coffee without replacing them on time, causing a havoc in the dining area with guests constantly looking for hotel staff to complain. The air condition in our room was also not working properly and seemed like it hadn’t been serviced in a very long time. Wthere was also no soap in our bathroom and although we asked them for one we ended up buying one the next day as they never brought us any soap. During the night, the hotel’s beach seems to attract local kids that stay there until the morning hours, being very loud and rude. Finally, there was not enough sun beds and umbrellas by the pool for everybody and we didn’t manage to enjoy the pool during our stay, not to mention there is no lifeguard while there are signs everywhere that they have got one. The hotel staff did nothing to solve any of the aforementioned problems, although we were not the only guests to bring them to their attention.

The best hotel in Milos. Idealy located by the port and downtown. Rooms are in a traditional greek style and with a beautiful sea view. Warm and spacious swimming-pool! Staff is very nice and accommodated. We went there for the third time, and we will come back for sure !

Simple hotel with simple rooms with a good salt water swimming pool. Just by a small beach and very close to all restaurants and attractions of Adamas the port. Good relation price vs quality.

I’ve been traveling Europe for a whole month and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed! Situated right on the beach, a beautiful property with a stunning pool! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location is a 10/10!!! Walking distance to so much! can’t wait to be back!

Lagada Hotel was amazing. Clean spacious rooms, only a 5 minute walk to the port but with what felt like it’s own private beach just outside. The staff were lovely. Only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance but the hotel notified us ahead of time and offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
