Absolutely amazing. I looked at over 50 hotels before booking. Reading review after review. To some it all up. Extremely clean. Our host Katrina was amazing always a whatsApp message away if we needed any help. Area was quiet. 10 euro in taxi will get you to fira. 20 euro will get you to Oia. Nearby bus station local restaurants and supermarket. ATV hire was worth it 100%. Good wifi maid was fantastic. If you are a couple who want luxury but not in the main busy areas look no further. Families also who do not mind the travel.

We have absolutely loved our time here. The staff is incredibly accommodating and hospitable. Fresh breakfast every day. Cleaning ladies were super sweet. The cave house was unique and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great base to look round the island and much cheaper than staying in Oia, with close access to the beaches. We actually found it private and more practical. Marina (our contact) could not of been more helpful and assisted us with day trips, where to go and help hiring a car, etc. It was great to have someone with local knowledge so we could cater our trip to our needs. The apartment itself was very clean and we were well catered for with milk and other bits in the fridge (ham, cheese, breakfast things) and fresh bread was delivered every morning. Everyday the cleaners came in when we left to tidy up and stock the fridge. The highlight for us was having the jacuzzi in the garden. It kept the children entertained for hours. It was very private with the villa set back from the road. This would be good for couples or people with young children. Would be nice to have a barbecue in the garden. Thank you Marina for making our trip so special. We definitely will be back again!

10/10! Lagadi Suites surpassed expectations and was an exceptional place to stay while in Santorini. Marina's service is outstanding. Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Everything from the accommodation itself, the hot tub, the cleanliness of the suite, to the fully stocked fridge and fresh bread delivered each day. Can not find fault anywhere with this place!

The service here is fabulous!!! Cleanliness - 10/10, can't ask for more! Facities - great value for money, all essentials are provided, hot tub is really great, very spacious room and in shower you also have washing machine with is superb! You most likely will need to cook your own breakfast if you stay here, as a few restaurants in local village only open at 11.30 or 12.00, according to Google maps (did not go and check). But there are good supermarkets and we found most of things that we like, not an issue at all!!! Lagadi Suites is located outside of Fira and Oia, leading to you being taxi dependent, but it is super affordable. We drove to Oia for 50mins and payed only 40 euros. I have booked this place specifically for hot tub, and it was the last hotel priced moderately at 150 euros per night. Given the ease of getting around by taxi - definatly recommend!!! Konstantinos, the host, is a fabulous person!!! I have asked him a lot of small things - getting extra coffee capsules and frying pan for breakfast as well as increasing the temperature of hot tub. He did everything for us with lovely smile and we are so so greatful for this! So nice to have a positive host with 10/10 service when you are on holiday;)

very poor cleaning service . Towels were worn out with hanging threads and with strong damp smell . No cleaning provided for our 5 days of stay. Limited shower gel supply ( 4 small bottles for four of us for 3 days ) and on request to clean or more shower gel supply, manager got angry . No facility to store luggage if you arrive or leave before check in / out time. Not easy to locate and located in very narrow street - won’t say drive friendly . Room temperature panel is locked. Can provide pictures of towel quality if needed .
